This headset was purchased because conventional earbuds would slip out of my wife's ears when working out. Since there is no wire pulling on the ear bud with the Tone there is no problem. And the sound is excellent.

I have been a fan of the LG Tone headsets for several years. Great audio, but this particular model likes to rotate around my neck making it a little awkward and has even come off in my lap a couple of times.

I had this product for over a month, and like all the other LG products, I really like it. And the best part is, the battery last longer then I expected it to. It’s a must have for outdoors and the gym.

I bought this for my 15 yr old son!! He loves it, and with it being a good size he can feel it around his neck and won't loss it!! Plus it has 13 hrs of use time better then beats that only has 8 or 11 hours!

I purchased these because I spend a lot of time on the phone and use them to workout. These headphones are crisp and clear. Great to use when working out. Buds are magnetically held in place. Highly recommend!

Husband had a Lg but was experiencing intermittent sound when sweating during work outs and while working in the yard. I bought him this one and he loves it! Sound does not go in and out when sweating.

These are perfect for activity where there is a lot of movement involved. The carriage is comfortable and barely noticeable, and because there is no tug on the earbuds they stay firmly in place.

The headset isn't bad but I've had better. It has a tendency to get distorted if you stay on it for an extended amount of time. Plus you can't get too far away from the phone with it or it disconnects.

A bit tight around the neck but I guess due to it being for active use. I've had it for about 2 months now and I'm start to hear slight crackle and &Small pop sounds from eatbuds here and there.

My wife loves these ear buds. She had a pair of Sony’s before there is no comparing the two this is the Best head bud she has ever owned. I would recommend these. Price match before you buy.

My husband loves these and wears them all the time. Even when sleeping, as he's a 3rd shifter and they are very comfortable. He used them at work in the factory too. I rarely ever see them off his head.

I have owned several LG headsets over the last few years. I had recently returned a set that I had worn out and got a replacement under my extended warranty. I got the "Active" set since the style I was replacing was no longer available at Best Buy. I was disappointed in the "Active" style because it was smaller and it would often cut out when I was on the phone. I picked these up as a refurb and I could not be happier. The head phones fit nicely around my neck and the sound on the phone is excellent as well and rich sound with plastic. Nice to pick these up for around 1/4 the cost as new and 1/2 the cost of the new ones I bought. I will return the "Active" head phones. I love these!

The sound is good so is the noise canceling feature. The buttons on the side are easy to hit when moving though. After a few months the power button sticks badly very hard to turn on and off.

My older model lasted me for a few years so with my extended warranty I got a free replacement. This provides even a better quality sound.

This bluetooth headset is so clear! I have no problems hearing with people are saying on the other end & they can clearly hear me! This headset is one of the best ones I've purchased so far!!

Bought this to replace a previous LG model I loved. This product sits differently on my neck. It doesn't drape down. There is a chance it can shift off of one's neck during vigorous activity.

Great headphones. Only one problem though, I guess I have a longer than average neck so the cords did not extend far enough to be comfortable, the neckband would be hanging from cords instead of resting on neck. Ended up going back to hbs-760.

This product is a great buy, the sound is insane only con is the battery life it's good for 3 to 4 hours of constantly playing music. That's not a bad thing I would buy this product again

I love it! Worth every penny. A lot of people said that they have had trouble with it. And, mine has had some minor issues, nothing big. But the protection plan and don't worry about it!
