This has been the best Bluetooth device I've purchase. I've purchased about 6 different ones. You can hear clear on it. The retraction is smooth and easy to function. Great product

These headphones worked well but did not last a year. I use them everyday to stream talk shows and answer phone calls. Easy to use last most of the day. One side just stopped working. Wish they were not so tight on my neck

Grat bluetooths have wonderful distance coverage connect very easily. Excellent Clarity in both sound and vocal. Work well while driving especially with the laws they have now in Texas

I had a much older model of LG headphones that needed to be replaced. These are vastly improved over the older models. Nice sound, good controls and excellent cord self storage.

I've owned these for some time now and they still work great. By far my favorite head set I've purchased from Best Buy. I recommend and would purchase again

I have bought many of the different types of headsets and had to take them back due to them getting sweat in them and stop syncing to my phone. This one has been great so far!

I love this item. I stream movies, phone,listen to music and workout. The performance is great. Fits gentle around the neck. It sinks up to anything. This is awesome!

This headset has an excellent sound when listening to music but does last long if you like to use it to work out. Does not take the abuse of running and being at the gym.

I have owned several LG headphones from the HBS line and this is my least favourite pair. I previously had the Infinitums, which are awesome with their Harman/Kardon sound, but I wanted something that didn't feel so plastic. These certainly feel nice to the touch, but feel super small on your neck compared to other models and the sound was nowhere near as good as their other models. I traded them back in for the HBS 800. The JBL speakers are way better (not Harman/Kardon better, but better than these).

Great headset - got this for my wife for when she's using the Peloton. Works well - connected easily and awesome sound.

I can hear great on these but people I'm talking to complain gets muffled and I move the head set and good for a while then they complain again. Control's good.

I purchased this item as a gift based on the feedback listed here. I have not heard any complaints from the winner of the item. I see her wearing it around constantly at work and she seems pleased. Two thumbs up!

These headphones sound good and are very compatible with making and receiving calls. I love the vibrate function for when I don't have the headphones in my ears.

I've got a big neck...and this thing just sticks there. No issues at all, and sounds really good. Haven't used the phone feature much, but when I have, it's solid.

Excellent value. Really I’m sad they are not available anymore. Sound quality and construction on these products are phenomenal.

I have used many other headsets in the past but this one works the best of all I have tried. Only thing I have noticed is the range is a bit shorter from the phone

I purchased these for the fact that I drive a lot and I need to be on the phone very often and unfortunately every time one of my customers called me they stated I sounded like I was under water and needed to call them back the sound of the music is great everything else seems to be fine but the phone Feature/ Mic is no good . I decided to return them and as I was returning them there was another person in line returning the same product for the same type of reason .

I bought this for my wife. She kept breaking her previous 2 headsets,by falling asleep with it on.this headset is sturdy and flexible. Great for active people

i really have enjoyed it. the only thing that bugs me is when i run on the treadmill or outside it hits my collar bone. it hurts pretty good. i will either put them on my head or wear a thicker shirt.

These LG's Bluetooths seem to work best for me and my family. This is why I chose these again because I tried something new and it didn't work for me.
