Headset works great. Reliable great in all types of weather especially in the rain. It is very heavily used 6 days a week at least 14 hours a day. Great product very reliable.

I work in the kitchen and I work 13 hour shifts 2 jobs these head phone last almost through the 2nd job I recommend them very much

Got this as a present, it's a little tighter on the neck than what I would judge as typical, but otherwise it works great!

I purchased this for my wife because she keeps losing her ear piece Bluetooth and I was going broke buying new ones for her every month! A friend of hers recommended this product and my wife love's it. She can't lose it because it goes around her neck. The clarity on her side as well as the person she calls is fantastic...much better than any other. I highly recommend spending a little extra for this.

Great sound clarity with easy functionality. I use daily for many hours while at work and they withstand dirt and sweat well.

I have a wide neck and this product did not work for me. Plus, the ear plug is not comfortable. Would not recommend this product.

The ear phones are okay to listen to woth phone or music, but the range of how far u can travel away from the device is horrible.

I expected a little more from the Active Tones. I was told by the associate that they offer the voice called ID but they don't. Other than that an overall good product.

Good headphones some things i didnt like such as the retractable earbuds are very short and also didnt fit around my neck very well and i have a regular size neck
