Very good sound quality but uncomfortable around the neck. Also the on/off switch is not easy to use without taking it off.

I compared different brands and figured I would try this one...very surprised at how well they worked and the quality is great!

I love having the retractable earbuds, and how I don't have to worry about the small clips coming off on the older models.

Bought these as a gift for 23yr old and he loves them. Fit and ergonomics are good. Sound quality good but not top of line bass response, yet 1/2 the cost of Beats.

I purchased this as a warranty replacement for my older LG headset. This was the unit that was most price compatible with my old pair. I found the "collar" to be a bit too stiff and the "arms" to be a bit short for use with collared shirts. I understand it is a workout based product so take my review with a grain of salt. The biggest annoyance was the on/off button. Difficult to use and not easy to find while wearing. As far as sound quality it is as good as any LG I've had.

I used with my iPhone 7 Plus and working really good and I has good sound too. Has long live battery with one charged

best thing for the best price. but note that Best Buy has stopped geek squad on this one, so check on that before purchasing.

Bought this pair for the GF! She's a postal letter carrier and she loves the option of being hands-free. Sound is clear.

great product love it, the sound is good you can also here clearly on the other end. Really sensitive to noise.

My last headset the people on the other end could hear my background clear as day, not with the Samsung. The only issue I have is the it turns on my neck.

I really enjoy this headset. The sound and clarity that I get is definitely a lot better than others I have had before.

Pro: Thicker neck piece. No connection problems. Con: Smaller neck diameter than my previous ones. Really built for sports use so it doesn't flop around.

Excellent sound quality and overall structural quality. I wish they would add an external speaker as in Model 820S

This active headset is okay. I like that it doesn't choke me like the predecessor. However some calls are distorted.

I have not had any problems from it yet. My other regular ones stopped working due to being active and running. I have not had that problem with these yet.

The sound quality is pretty good as far as listening to music. The call sound quality is not that good, and the people on the other end often complain that they are having issues hearing me. For phone calls, I like my Blue Ant Q2 much better. But, for music, this headset is better. So, whether or not this headset is the best fit for you, will depend on what you plan to use it most often for.
