I originally had the LG Tone Active HBS-A50 & it was great, no problems, never any complaints about not being able to hear me on the other end. But when one of my ear plugs had a short in it and I went to get a new one (because I have a warranty to get it replaced) and they advised me that the HBS A-50 model was discontinued and this is the new model available. So not only did I get this new model, it cost more and I had to pay the difference. It is NOTHING like the previous model and it sounds terrible on the other end. I am a mail carrier and need hands free headset that can withstand sweat and continuous wear and movement without constant muffle or mishap,/ and this new model doesn't make the cut. I would not recommend. I literally had to wear it above my ear and have my hat hold it up in order for people to hear me a little bit.

I recived this product as a christmas gift this last year. As a heavy equipment operator it is very important to be able to have hands free when talking on the phone. These headphones are the best on the market in my opinion. I also use these headphones at the gym as well. The bluetooth capability works very well. I would highly recommend these to everyone

I like these alot. I bought then to replace the first gen lg tone headphones that finally broke after 2 years of using them almost every day. I am just glad i bought the warranty on the new ones because after 4 months of regular use they started coming apart at the seems. They replaced them with no problem but thats only because i spent the money on the warranty.

Great price, love the warranty policy because it went out on me and I was able to get a new one.

The sound quality is good for the first few months but being that it has a retracting cord the cord starts and not go back after a while and then the sound starts to go in and out so these are not as good as expected thank God I got the protection plan and I was able to replace them

I use these type continuously because I cannot stand to have something constantly in my ear, with these and the job I do it makes answering my phone a lot easier and if I can’t hear my phone laying in the truck or on my hip it vibrates. Will continue to use these as they always improve. I’ve had about 4 different series as they make them better.
