It's not the best I've had

My biggest complaint is when I'm jogging listening to music it cuts out alot. It sounds like a cd with a bunch of scratches. I guess it could be my phone, but I've never had that problem with other wireless headsets before.

BACKGROUND NOISE!!!

The one bad is not very good reception when you are faced away from the music or more than about 20 or more feet away. I do like the button setup and how it hugs your neck. I use it at work and it stays on nice and is easy to pause and such.

I can hear audio quite clearly, but al lot of people tell me they can't hear me when I use it for the phone. I also wish the wire that connects the earbuds to the main neck unit were a little thicker making them more durable.
