Works well, earbud shorted out after about 6 month

It's been about 6 months of near constant (but careful) use and the right earbud is now mostly non-functional. If I hold the line just right, I can get signal. I can't recommend the product when it has such a short lifespan.

It fits too tight around my neck. The buttons are hard to get to because they are flush with the body of the device so when you try to answer a call with the talk button you have to run your finger along the device to find it. Everybody I talk to keep saying they can't hear me and I sound distorted. This is VERY ANNOYING. When I stream music with my phone in my pocket, it loses audio from time to time. I spent extra for this one thinking it was better than the previous 2. My last one was the LG Active. Oh, the packaging is nice.

poor connection continuation

It will also disconnect while I'm holding the phone in my hand and the head set around my neck.
