I have always loved the LG headphones but the last 2 pair purchased were not long lasting. I just purchased a pair approx. 2 months ago and the left ear has already stopped working!!! Normal use, I'm a runner and work out religiously. They are supposed to be sweat proof and I am very careful when pulling the earbuds from the retractables. Too much money to spend on something that will not last!! And to make matters worse, Best Buy no longer sells the warranty for these. Very disappointed!! I would like a full refund.

This headset is the absolute WORST. I’m always sounding muffled to my other party. It picks up a lot of my background noise as well. I would not recommend this item. The service provided by the BB Associate however, was great.

Loved the size and fit. Hearing the audio was great, but did have connecting issues even if it was in my pocket. Most of all everyone else said they could barely here me when I spoke.

Bought a new Bluetooth that connects to two separate devices. The item works fairly well, though it does have some trouble connecting, at times, and is sometimes garbled sounding. Not as effective as the single connection Bluetooth.

I purchased my first LG BLUETOOTH a few years ago for $69.99 and the $12 service agreement. I recieved a reasonable amount of service from this item but it had to be replaced after one year, no problem. But this TONE ACTIVE BLUETOOTH was more expensive, $149.99. Though it boast of being more durable and water resistant the earbud on the right side stop working within six weeks and the Bluetooth stop vibrating when I recieved a call. The replacement package had increased to about $40 so I didn't purchase it. My only alternative was to mail it to LG for maintenance of which I was not happy. I will not by this product again.

Unfortunately the LG bluetooth products have slowly degraded in quality and reliability and performance with each new generation. This product unfortunately is the poster child for social media over Bluetooth device.

Fits tighter than some of the others. Stays in my ears a little better though. I wish they used the Harmon kardon speakers in these as well! Sound is OK for price in the end.

I'd say while it is quite expensive the build quality is amazing and the stand by time is impeccable I rarely ever have to charge the thing. Definitely would recommend for something that's going to last you for a long time.

This was bought for handsfree use while working. It would drop calls and switch it back to the phone. Poor quality sound. Picks up too much background noise that amplified it instead of the voice.

Bought these for my wife before a vacation so she could listen to music without the cords. She loves them! The microphone makes taking calls easy and they are also simple to use. Great product recommend to purchase.

I really wanted to love it but my apple headphone's volume are louder. But the covenience of them and the retractable ear phones were great. I have a slight hearing issue.

I loved these headsets but went through 4 (geek squad protection) because and kind of snag would disconnect the inner cord leaving the bud mute. Im a clumsy person though. Great if you're not

The headphones worked great. My rating is lower because after a while, 2 days after my warranty ended, one side stopped working so I switched to the Plantronics Earpiece

After a week of using these regularly.. one ear bud would not retract in and the other would not stay out. The sound is good but I had to rig the ear buds to stay out.

Bluetooth from my iPod touch to the headphone can be a little sketchy at times if I don't keep the iPod in my FRONT pocket while golfing. This means I give up a pocket otherwise used for tees,ball,golf glove etc.

convenient to use, I like that there is voice control and notification that the phone call is over. also the vibration mode in the headphones is very good, because you do not always hear when they call ...

This is my 3rd set,use then a lot for work. These ones didnt last very long,two weeks after i got them one side went out. Magnet isnt very strong to keep them in place.

They are nice and seem to work just fine. But the lesser expensive version will pair with two items at once while this one will not and the cheaper ones also have JBL speakers on them while these do not

Had the previous model and wore it out from plane usage. Now i have this newer model and it's fantastic! Totally worth the money. Great for work, running (stays in place), and everything I've asked of it.

I use these while i work out and they work great. They do not fall out or bounce around on your neck the whole time. I looked at many different ones and feel these are the best bang for the buck.
