From the moment I set them up, I was disappointed. I found the sound quality to be below that of the wired EarPods that came with my iPhone 7. Talking on the set was a horrible experience sine the ear plugs completely plugged my ears. When I talked, I hear myself over the conversations. Lastly, the set claims to pair with two phones. It does, but the second pairing was lost as soon as I powered off the headset. It was a real hassle to use this headset. I returned them and waited for the airpods.

This will be my third pair. Clarity is good. The first two pairs I had, I was not satisfied with. One side went out and the other pair I kept having a problem syncing it.

I bought them for my fiance but they're too short for his neck and the volume fades in and out sometimes I can barely hear him

I love it. It works well. I have purchased it since it was in the market. Even my family members have them. I even gift to my friends. I love it. Had no issues.

I didn't like the fact that it did not have nose cancelling features on it. The person who calls me can hear everything in the background while on the headset.

Loved the headset just wish they wire to earbud was a little more durable. Big negative is that Geek Squad protection not available for these.

When you cut it on it's ready. no wasted motions, what do you want? Music or talk, auto answer. it dose it's thing. out of my way, no falling off when I do sit ups.

I have a somewhat of a large neck and this thing won’t go all the way around my neck can you plz tell LG to make a longer version you know for LARGE neck ppl ty

Great device but can't get it to connect to two devices. I'd rather have lower version which connects to two decices. Other than that flaw works fine with one device

This item it’s actually for my wife and she’s enjoying it like ever and always thank me for it while I thank Bestbuy for having this product

While wearing these with a jacket, I am either constantly butt dialing, pausing my music or turning the volume up or down. It is very annoying. The buttons should be receding instead of out in the open. The sound quality isn't nearly as good as the infinim sound, but isn't horrible. The ear buds even with the smaller buds don't stay in the way I'd like. For the money go with the regular lg's.

I got these for a replacement for my father. His previous set cost a little but wasnt in stock anymore. So I had to down grade but so far he is pleased.

What an upgrade! Christmas gift and I LOVE THEM! Fit well and don't bounce at all. Love the retractable ear bud and the lack of cord to get my hair tangled up in.

Great headset for a beginner and sync without issues

Ok but was a bit over priced and kept having to swap them out for new ones cause these also have a problem with the wires shorting out

I have it three stars because great for headphones with working out but for conversation over Bluetooth has some issues with other person being able to hear.

This is my second pair... my daughter "borrowed" my first pair which I loved and she hasn't returned them yet. My husband also has a pair and we love them!

1. Best Buy won’t do protection plan on the lg headphones anymore most don’t last over 2 years. 2. This doesn’t sit good on my neck too small.

These are good headphones, but be careful not to pull the headphones to hard as the wire is a little flimsy for $100... you'll see what i mean if purchased

This is fantastic. They actually work great unlike several other devices that we purchased and returned for either hurting the ears or just falling apart.
