Also more recently I have been hearing a clicking noise while my music is playing, which doesn’t happen when I have headphones plugged directly into my phone. I would expect a pair of headphones that costs over $100 to last longer than a year of daily use.

Best Buy gladly replaced them. Also the priced matched a store and I got them for half off. Best Buy is great.

With an incoming call, the "collar" will vibrate, then you have to pull out ear plugs, insert them into your ears and find the little button on the collar that answers the call. Also not happy with it because in the store I told the sales man I wanted something "handsfree" , and I assumed the collar would have speakers. Disappointed and returned the product.

The call quality is very poor and for the price I'm extremely disappointed. I have to repeat myself often and people tell me they can't hear me when they're wrapped around my neck or it sounds like I'm far away. I've concluded the mic is terrible but everything else is fine.

Shortly after purchase I've had issues with them not working properly, the person on the other end and I will not be able to hear each other like it's muted on both ends. Also they pick up a lot of background noise. I preferred the older models Bose had out, we've tried several of the revamped ones and have been very disappointed.
