But the main issue was when I was using it and I’d have my phone in my pocket and it would lose connection as if I walked away from my phone. Needless to say I returned it.

The audio quality became depreciating in less than 6-8 months. I have a cheaper version that is better then HBS-A80 and being going for over 3 years.

While it might be ok for listening use, it is very unclear when using it to make or receive calls. No one could hear what I was saying, although I could hear them well.

I'm guessing that the mic is either sub par or getting covered over. They work, but are not as good as some LG headsets I've had in the past.

And these cost more. Not worth the dough in my opinion. Although i do like the convenience of retractable ear pieces.
