The sound was never great, the microphone was bad for the person on the other end. This headphone design kept falling off my neck. Ended up returning them.

Purchased because it was told it was a good headset, the ear bud would stick on retracktion, 15 foot range then breakup, bought a 18 dollar pair just as good.

This head set acts like a choker collar, that spines around your neck while you wear it. Sound cuts in and out the more you pull on headset ear piece which is suppose to retract back into headset.

I liked the design but I constantly had the issue of the sound going in and out. My hubby would complain of me being fat from the mic and I noticed the same from him when he was on the headphones.

Most expensive headset I've purchased so far ($130), and absolutely the WORST performing headset I've owned. I'm a heavy user of this product since I use it for work as well as personal. From Day One people were telling me, "I can't hear you, you keep going in and out". I figured, oh it can't be my fault, I paid a lot of $$ for this brand new headset. One month later I'm still getting that complaint. In addition, it drops its connection with my phone several times a day. Don't waste your money on this product. I've had better headsets for $70.

Bought this to replace headphone set that quit working. I had it for about 2-3 days and everyone I talked to complained about not being able to hear me. It sounded like I was in a box or holding a towel in front of my face. Took them back and replaced with another one thinking maybe it was just a defected unit. Same problem. I had to buy a cheaper headphone set to be heard. I spend a lot of time traveling and I don't like having a phone to my face all the time not to mention it is against the law in school zones. Great customer service from Best Buy.

I have an LGV20 and people im talking to say that my voice sound muffled when i talk. Not that impressed with these and especially for the price you would think it would be better.

Stopped working within 12 days. Controls were unresponsive. LG is getting too fancy and losing respect from many of my peers at the fire department and my brother is a police officer and say the same thing. the 700 series were the best, made to last. Now it’s all frills and no quality! Best Buy should really jump on their own brand’s quality and design. Keep the wires stationary, retractable is pointless as is wireless.

Too small for my neck. My smaller than the platinum. People keep saying i sound muffled. Needs noise cancellation and improved Mic.

Everyone says I sound muffled; very bad for my business as a Realtor, especially when I purchased the unit to be 100% hands free ... AND-AUDIBLE! Go figure, right? iPhone7

This headset might be ok if you only want to listen to music, but it isn't any good when you are using it as a Bluetooth for your cell phone talk / calling feeature

I didn't like how the ear plugs would tighten up and pull it out of your ear.Yet the courts were longer it would be a lot better the over all speaker quality decent

This headset worked well for 6 months & then one side stopped working. LG replaced the headset. The second headset stopped working after another 6 months.

Past LG models where better quality and had less flaws and issues, I have already had issues with a brand new unit right after the warranty or return date

I’ve had several models of the LG Tone I don’t care for the active model it’s too short. Bluetooth consistently turns on and off sitting next to device

I bought this headset based off the reviews and the fact that my last headset was an LG, with that being said after a week the person I'm speaking with has difficulty hearing me. The voice chips in and out. It's great for just listening to music but definitely not for conversing especially if you're moving around also the range on my previous LG headset was better. Would not buy this one again.

People can't hear you because of were the microphone is located and the quality of the sound output is not balanced. I am not happy with the purchase.

Earplug line too short when in use it moves and gets tangled in collars volume goes in and out Does not let you know when battery is low

Within a week one of the ear buds stopped working. Needed a replacement. They had none and wanted me to leave it until they got them in.

Needed a good sweat proof headset, but the people I am talking to can't always hear me. They say the background noise is louder than mine.
