The bad part is that I purchased the protection plan but when I exchange the bluetooth for the same exact bluetooth, I have to purchase another protection plan for the new bluetooth.

So far working great !

I was so wrong! My calls chip in and out the connection is horrible! I would not use this series again even if it were free. What a waste of money.

Buttons are hard to locate by touch. I've had less than 6 months and already am having problems turning on and off.

It’s it’s just to listen to music at the gym it good. For phone calls, no way! People on the other side of the call can’t hear you you will sound muffled.
