Good Battery life - poor quality

I like listening to music on them, however, if you put the phone in your pocket or purse, the sound cuts out. Also, mine has a tendency to switch volume with no touches of any buttons.

I did not like the retractable ear buds. they were too short. The device had to be in perfect position otherwise the person on the other end could not hear you. A waste of $130 bucks
