These are terrific, great sound, love that they are USB C charging. I also didn’t realize that they had the ability to clean themselves while in their case. They connected right away to my iPhone. I like that they are black too, they don’t look as noticeable in your ears as the the Ear Pods. I have those too, but I find myself using the LG ones more.

Have had tv for while Love quality and sound. Majority big TVs like this require I have sound bar. This tv didn’t need at all. From the apps to projecting phone and computer to the TV this tv has provided wonders

The sound and controls on the ear buds are really good. They fit well but if you are moving around (running, exercising....) they will fall out. Easy to connect and great features.

The earbuds themselves are not bad. Have a decent sound. Similar features to AirPods. But the app is hot garbage. Can’t install a software update. Keeps crashing and saying that the left earbud is disconnected.

Good sounds for music and phone calls, do have an issue when I start out using one headphone and then try to turn the second one on, I need to read instructions on this to figure it out, overall not a bad product

I've used LG neckband earbuds and have been very happy with them, but these were a disappointment. The sound kept fading out while using and when I tried to adjust the earbuds it was constantly turning the ambient sound on and off. But more frustrating was the fact that I couldn't update the LG app on my iPhone because it was consistently failing. The app actually improved the sound quality but because I couldn't get phone support I ended up returning them. Would love to have kept them but it was not worth the aggravation.

These earbuds are pretty good, especially considering since they were free with a tv that I purchased. I’m not too picky, but the quality is good. I would recommend them if the cost is under $100.

Great Earbuds have great sound quality and comfort

There are some good things and some not so good things, i feel like they don't have the best sound quality, then again i haven't tried to mess with the settings yet. They don't get super loud, the touch sensor is also suuupper sensitive so does stuff when i have to adjust them. Haven't worn them running or during heavy activity. The charging thing and germ light is nice. I'm just not really impressed with the sound quality though, not for as expensive as they are. I usually love lg products but these are just not quite there.

The sound quality is quite good and setup is easy. The only issue is that the sound does not always automatically switch to the headphones. You have to tell the TV you want to use them.

Good sound, easy pairing with my samsung phone. Ear bud cleaning function is a nice feature. My only knock is it is too much of an apple clone. I prefer a lower profile ear bud.

The work great, I really liked them for working out, they are really comfortable, ambience sound works good, but still there's something that it's missing.

I enjoy the sound quality and the use of the LG tone app to listen to my calls. My one negative thought is that the ear buds always fall off.

Easy to pair. Easy to operate. Good sound. I use these to listen to the television. After I paired these to my Samsung tv, the next time I wanted to use them, I opened the case and immediately the TV showed the Connect? Pop-up on the screen. Easy peasy

I already had the series 4 and liked them enough to want to try the series 6 and I’m impressed. They have a noticeable increase of sound quality. A couple of extra cool features that I haven’t taken the time to learn about.
