These headphones give great sound and are very easy to pair and use.

They sound excellent but the cords are super thin. Afraid to wear them while working.

Still haven't mastered all the feature but a great product. Pricey though.

I have had the headset for a month. They constantly make the call sound distorted like you are under water. The problem occurred mildly in the beginning but now happens so much that I called LG about replacement. Now I have to send it to LG to be assessed and possibly replaced. It's more trouble then it's worth.

I never leave the house without my LG Tones. I wear collared shirts for work and these tuck under the collar perfectly, keeping them hidden and descrete. The vibration feature is awesome so I can keep phone on mute and the vibration alerts to a call, text, or email. I hate traditional Bluetooth headsets that sit in the ear as they either cause fatigue on my ear or get uncomfortable quickly. With the LG Tones sitting on the neck I literally forget they're on my neck. I primairly use these as a handsfree call headset and the call clairty is amazing. I pop one earbud in and take calls easily, even operating the buttons with the Tones under my shirt collar. People can hear me on the other end perfeclty as well, again with the device under the collar. When it's time for music the LG Tone Infinims are a stellar wireless headset. Obviously being wireless they aren't perfect and the small earbuds/drivers lack a little low end bass. That being said these humble my wifes Beats wireless earbuds hands down...she doesn't even care for audio quality that much and she can tell the difference. The hands down best part of the Tone Infinims is the battery life. I wear these 8+ hours a day, everyday, and I charge them Saturday night. That's it and I'm good for the rest of the week. And they recharge in roughly 30 minutes. My old Plantronics Voyageur headset got about 4 hours of talktime at best. I'm getting over 20 hours of talktime and I'd guess these things would go weeks on standby. I find the earbud wire length to be plenty long enough and I'm not concerned anout durabilitly with the thin wires. They are plenty strong and the entire device feels solid and well built. My only minor complains would be 1) The Tone Control app is only available for Android and not my ios devices (but the Tones still pair seamless to ios devices but lack the additional control and customization the Tone app brings). I do suspect this is more an Apple/ios flaw than LG Tone issue. 2) The headset doesn't announce a caller id/name when receiving a phone call. This is both on Android devices (Galaxy S6 work phone with Tone Control app) and ios (iPhone6 Plus personal device). My old Plantronics headset would do this and I wish the LG Tone Infinims so I wouldn't have to look at my phone screen to identify the caller. 3) Bluetooth range isn't impressive so plan on keeping your paired wireless device close by, such as in your pocket. The connection is stable and works great up to a maximum of about 7-9 feet where it starts to get choppy and past 10ft it will drop nearly completely. Typically I've seen around 15-20ft po range with most higher end Bluetooth devices. Bottom line; if you're looking for a qualitly handsfree headset, wireless headphones, and are tired of on the ear style devices, these are for you.

i loved the headphones, they were easy to reach , the retractable buds made it comfortable. Only bad thing was after an hour at the gym they would become very unstable loosing connection randomly and eventually malfunctioning when making calls.

I wanted a pair of Bluetooth headphones and did a ton of research. I ended up getting these for how easy they are to wear and take on and off. I am a little worried on his thin the wires are, but only time will tell how long they will last.

I use these daily. Sound is good. Retractable a +!

A little bit overpriced but good headsets. Would recommend to anyone.
