Disappointed

Everyone said it sounded like I was in a tunnel or empty room screaming. My wife has the same headset and loves hers. I cannot use mine in my truck. Went back to old set and only use in an emergency back up.

Works great for my business

When a new coustomer calls I am able to enter there information into the computer. If I didn't have this headset I would be trying to hold the phone on my shoulder. Also works great in my car. Perfect for hands free shopping. I would buy this item again.
