I have purchased other "big" name brands and was disappointed in the quality of them especially for the price. I bought this pair as a gift and they are being used everyday with no problems. Excellent product and very happy with the purchase.

for the price of the headphones sounds is not very loud nothing really big to impress for the price I ended up returning them and purchased Samsung circle Gear much better price and sweat resistance.

I purchased this product a few months ago and am already having issues with holding a charge and working properly. hoping with the warranty I can get issue resolved. Otherwise product works great.

These worked great for about a year and then started failing. Fortunately I had Geek squad extended warranty protection and was able to replace them with a newer, more reliable model.

I'm a businessman that everything is good on money. For me, this was the best modern that I can get my hands on. I would recommend them for any person want to be hands-free and worry free with regards to to carrying any device.

Expected BT headset to have a noise canceling option but it doesn't. Background noise drowns out the voice.

ear phone sound was great but wires keep getting tangled in my long hair and fingers as I moved around my hair. Made it hard to exercises with.

These headphones are big and ugly for no reason. It has a retractable wire, though. Yay. The only thing these headphones are good for is attacking Optimus Prime. I feel the same way about the LG-760 and the LG-750, too. Hideous. I returned them back to the store due to low quality of sound(Bass sucks) and the noise cancellation feature not being as groovy as the Lg-730. I just ordered the Lg-Ultra, so hopefully they will restore my faith in the LG brand. If not, I'll just bust a CAP LOCK and dish out another low-rating review.

This is headset is great for around the house, but in stores I get complaints of how much background noise is picked up over my voice

This headset is AWESOME for listening to music or for receiving phone calls in order to be hands free. Please be advised that it does NOT have noise cancellation, that is my only small complaint!!

Headphones started loosing connection in the middle of a call

I had the Tone+ and decided to upgrade because of the retractable cables to the earbuds. The cables seem a bit thin at first but I have not had any problems with them and the retractable feature is great.

I love the headset itself but I don't like the part around the neck its not flexible enough for a more comfortable wear.

Best Buy employee said this headset was the best. sound was great for about 5 month the the headset started to go down hill. Left side speaker cant hear nothing the the right side is very faint. LG says has a 1 year warranty. I have emailed the 4 times they keep sending me this to reset the headset. Worked for 30 minutes and was worse. LG customer service is really bad to deal with.

The sound from the head phones is not the best. and sometimes the connection with bluetooth does not always clear.

My second headset has now broken, and all I can put it down to is I use them for working out - not to be gross but when I sweat the moisture must break the headset They are really comfortable and I really like them but they break after about 3 weeks of use Apparently there is an updated model which I am going to ask for when I take mine back - maybe they have fixed this problem

I use these for phone calls and to listen to music. It makes hands free phone calls while driving easy. It also has voice activated dialing that is very convenient when driving.

I didn't like how it felt around my neck. Felt bulky to me. Also, the cords to the ear buds were awfully thin--was constantly worried that they would break.

Love the retractable ear pieces; controls are clunky and the overall device is uncomfortable to wear. Miss the rubbery flexible of the previous version

Solid for headphone use, but not so great for hands free phone use. You have to remain perfectly still or you give feedback to caller on other end.
