It worked great for a while but then started switching between hand set and earbud randomly. The indicator on the phone would still show that I was connected and on the earbuds the entire time. I checked everything before returning it (fully charged, showed but still removed and reconnected it phone blu tooth menu). Since they did not have the same one as a replacement, I would only recommend it with the extended warranty.

Great item to listen to music on, horrible item to talk on, people have a hard time hearing you talk

After two weeks of using this product I went to pull it off and it snapped in half. I went to take it back cause I bought the extra insurance for it but apparently it only covered if it stopped working and didn't cover the cheap plastic they use

They are good but not for running. I wanted to run and they keep coming out of my ears

When you are talking to people they hear background noise louder than they hear you.

I can hear the person really good, for some reason the other partner can not, wgen I am in a noisy area, or while driving.

No problem with this one they are great had to order online because they can't keep them on the shelf.

Very User friendly and I love that it vibrates when an incoming call comes in. Sound quality is ok but I love the ease of use.

Love the head phones, only issue is some times mid call for no reason BT drops but it picks right back up.

I had the cheaper one and I didn't like it very much but was able to make a change a week later. This model is very easy to use and it works great.

Nice that the ear buds retract, but it seems VERY flimsy like I will be able to yank them out of I'm not very careful. For 150+ I would except much better. They look really cool sounds no better than the lower end of the LG head phones not worth the extra money

Nice not to have to hold the phone but, it is somewhat like a radio sometimes works great sometimes hard to hear on.

This is my first Bluetooth headset. I really enjoy it and it has been a lifesaver. Truly useful and solid.

These headphones were definitely not worth the money. They lasted about a month. Not worth the cost.

It has good sound quality bus the ear buds have a shortage

These headphones are very efficient and have met my every expectation. The only thing I wish is for them to come black.
