I ended up returning it

The first problem was the ear piece didn't fully retract. Then my callers complained about noise in the background saying they couldn't hear me when I was in the store. I was hopeful this new model would solve that problem, which is the biggest reason I purchased it, but no go. I didn't try playing music through it because it didn't live up to my expectations. And it's pretty expensive. So I returned it after only a couple of days.
