I was not impressed with sound quality, esp.with how much they cost. They were returned.

The hard plastic made it feel like I could break it very easily, and it felt like a yoke on me. I like the more flexible feel.

Had to use my extended warranty to replace and wasn't told would have to buy another warranty for this product

The old style were better it was more flexible this is my second pair and its cracked in the same place

I loved the idea but I did not like how unprofessional it looked. Convenient yes, but needs to be smaller.

I've had the LG Infinum headphones for over 2 months now and they are by far the most comfortable BT headphones I've owned. I barely know they are sitting on my neck half the time. The sound quality is great for sharp treble and deep bass on music and calls are nice and clear. The battery life lasts about 3 days and that's with the headset being left on and connected to my phone. I'm usually skeptical about certain LG products but I definitely do not regret this purchase.

I upgraded to the LG Tone Infinim Wireless Headphones because of a recommendation from an associate from a local wireless store. One of the main problems I encounter is the head phones disconnect while in use and reconnect. This is frustrating while you're talking on the phone. They aren't the quality expected considering how much they cost.

Bluetooth doesn't bend it's not flexable around your neck. I will not recommend this to no one

Last about one year and like the style before it, a short in my right ear occurred.

First impressions: I just got home with these headphones today and are by far so much better than what I have been using. I don't have much experience with higher end headphones, but I was using some Monster Turbine earbuds prior to these that sounded pretty close to these. The bass is clear and not too overpowering. The highs are great, as well as the mids. My main intention for these headsets is to use them for workout sessions at the gym, which I have yet to tryout, but plan on doing so shortly. The number of functions such as the voice over feature is pretty nifty to have when you don't feel like reaching for your phone that is a couple feet away. Concerns:The one thing that I am not too sure about and I contemplated this before buying them was the whole retractable earbud feature. With the cables as thin as they are and how weak the spring inside feels, I suspect that it is only a matter of time before that wears out one or both earbud cables. Conclusion: For the price, I would say that it's all based on personal preference. The sound quality is on par if not better than anything wired that I have listened to. The main thing that these headphones have going for them is the behind the neck design, which there aren't many out there that offer the around the neck feature that I was looking for. I will probably come back to follow up with more experience with these headphones here in the near future, but so far so good. P.S. For those of you that absolutely hate the silicone tips that are included, I have been using Comply foam tips for years now and are so much more comfortable than using the tips included; the tsx-400 offered on Amazon happen to fit these earbuds just fine.

use headphones maybe 5 times then right side headphone got stock also i do have the lg-800 and i think those sound a lot better and just a third of the price so don't waste your money...

Good quality product, bad design. No wonder I got the extra protection.

These didn't last a year unlike previous versions I've purchased. They are bulky and do not sit well on my neck because they tend to rotate. The left bud hasn't worked in about 2 months now I just keep forgetting to take it back.
