This is the best headset I have ever owned. When I'm using it no one knows that I'm on a Bluetooth headset and they can hear me fine. The retractable ear buds is another plus and keeps them out of the way when not using it. The sound quality is also amazing. I'm about to go buy my mom one cause she loves mine so much :) I would recommend this headset to anyone!!!

Headset sounds amazing, I love the button features that work with both android and ios interfaces. I also really like the retractable earbuds feature. Great, light design. The only complaint I've heard is sometimes the connection echoes, not often but sometimes. Get the geek squad protection and it's no worries :)

Work outside, needed something that wouldn't get knocked off accidentally. It stays out of the way, snug and comfortable around neck, good quality sound, Retractable buds are awesome, I couldn't see paying for more expensive buds for a name. These are perfect!

I was rolling the dice on several cheaper knock offs of this style of Bluetooth headset. The final straw was a $12 pair I got and could not move the device playing music an arm's length from the headset before it started cutting out. I decided to look at a higher price point and found these. I like the retractable feature as it keeps the wires safe when not in use. The buttons are made well for this feature and require forceful depression to work so I would never expect an unexpected retraction. As mentioned my previous headset issues were with distance. I paired these with my phone and I actually stayed connected with quality sound all the way across my house. The sound quality is good and the product came with three different bud covers, making it convenient to find the right fir and drown out unwanted sounds. There are times when watching videos that the sound is not synced with the video. Turning the headset off and on again seems to do the trick to eliminate the delay. This is very infrequent so not a big negative at this point since the problem could be on the streaming device side as well. Overall would recommend to others and have done so. I was also impressed with the ease of price match process. It would be nice if Best Buy was more proactive about providing a competitive price, but nice that the process was so easy to accomplish. One more complaint (not product related) Best Buy inventory systems are terrible and I went to 2 stores for pickup because they said the stores had them in stock. Neither store could produce the merchandise so had to switch to shipping and wait 2 days.

I'll be honest, the first day I had these I hated them! I don't tolerate things around my neck very well. I almost decided to take them back and then something magical happened. I don't know how it happened but I fell in love with them! I initially bought them because I was stressed at work. I was tired of being able to hear all the chatter from day to day. I make sure they have a full charge, head to work and listen to music all day. They definitely help save my sanity. The sound quality is very good. I had to change out the ear pieces because they didn't sound good at first. Once I changed them out, they were good to go. They're easy to use and so easy to pair with numerous devices. I've never had anyone that I talk to on the phone complain about them. I don't think I could ever pay $150 for these but I got them on clearance for $85. They're worth every penny. I deducted a star for the cords being so flimsy. I'm worried that it might snap one day. All in all this was one of my favorite purchases this year.

Months ago I purchased the LG Tone base model. I loved the concept, but didn't fall in love with the lack of ear bud cable management and the shape and positioning of the controls. The Infinim model fixes all those issues...in Spades. The Infinim's design is more robust than the other models, yet it is still so lightweight that you don't even know that you have it around your neck (seriously). The placement of the controls is far better than the other models, and the controls themselves are more substantial, more intuitive, and work better. The ear buds fit perfectly and don't irritate my ears, while isolating me from the majority of the surrounding ambient sounds. Answering and initiating calls is a breeze (currently using a Samsung Note II). I stream music from both Pandora and Milk Music and the sound quality of the Infinim rivals that of the HK 5.1 speakers connected to my PC when I'm listening to iTunes. Even the bass response is surprisingly good.

Love having Bluetooth headphones for bike riding, shopping and almost everything else including work. I have owned may of the older versions of the LG Tone series, I love these the most by far, They don't have much range when you walk away from your phone when it's left on the desk but as it's almost always on me I don't have that problem much. Great battery life and sound is great.

Less than 1 month old no longer working , people can't hear me talk , sounds like I'm in a tunnel , quality of music play back very disappointing , what a let down

I bought these headphones because I lost my Plantronics Ledgend Bluetooth ear piece. A friend of mine had just bought them and let me listen to them briefly and I figured why not give them a try. After using them for a week I am really impressed with both using it as a headset as a financial advisor on the phone with clients but also the audio quality is fantastic. To give reference I have a pair of Bose QC 15's and these blow them away. I also have a very high-end audio system in my home of the consist of tube equipment as well as high-end audio solid-state amps and a pair of very nice German speakers. My home audio might be the absolute degree in sound quality but I don't feel like I'm missing much by listening to these. I would've never in 1 million years expected an LG product to sound as good as these do. I also noticed that the voice recognition works significantly better with these thann the Plantronics. Buy them! My only caveat is that these have a extremely good microphone on the piece that goes around your neck and if you're in a noisy environment it may not work as well as like a Plantronics Legend which significantly reduces background noise.

I upgraded to these from the 730 model and I have to say that the sound is amazing. Much clearer and crisper and everyone says that I'm easier to hear when I'm on the phone or on Ventrilo. Both music and video come through very clearly and crisply. I like the fact that the headphones retract since wire management was a problem with the 730 since the little clasps broke very early on. They pair with both my iPhone and iPad simultaneously. My concern is the same as the other reviewers; the headphone wires are very think and I was worried they would break. I too took the insurance policy on them since they're pricey enough to make the extra $20 worth it. Overall a great improvement over previous models with the added benefit of the retractable ear pieces. I've already told my friends who love audio to get this model.

These headphones are not that bad. The clarity in the sound is pretty good. They are very light around the neck and you almost forget they are there. The retractable earbuds is a plus. One thing I have noticed recently is that somehow on some pieces of plastic it appears to be chipped yet I have never dropped them. Not sure how that came about. They definitely last a long time without charging. It does take a few seconds for the call to come on the line once you answer. I also love the fact that it vibrates when a call comes in and also if you are too far out of range from your device. Overall, would definitely recommend.

These headphones are excellent! I really like the retractable ear buds and I like it tells you the charge you have available when connected. The feel of the headphone around my neck is really nice...can't even tell that they are there. Good buy!!

The device is very hard and not Flexible around my neck !!! No I do not recommend this device to ANYONE !!!!

I love these! They are so light weight I often forget I have them on . Still getting use to the buttons but I love that they vibrate when I have a text or phone call. Sound is great! When I listen to music they block out a lot of outside noise.

I work on the phone all day and then I listen from book, comedy and music in my spare time so I use this headphone almost 24/7 they are almost perfect. Great battery life, impeccable sound and the Bluetooth connection flawless. One of the best headphone I've ever bought!

Have bought 2 and both wirked for 3 months then stopped working

Being an audiophile I was always skeptical to make the jump to bluetooth headphones. Between exercising, work, and just daily tasks I found myself being inconvenienced by my old wired headphones being intrusive while staying active. I never wanted to lose sounds quality. I took the plunge and gave these a shot. I don't regret it one bit. They can be hidden under a collared shirt quite nicely, and push the sound quality you'd expect from Harmon Kardon. If you're a stickler for high quality headphones yet want the convenience of wireless, you can't go wrong with these!

I have the HS800 model as well, it sound just as good for much less $$$

Top rate headphones. Better than power beats.Loaded with call and texting options. Much louder than I expected.Sound is very clear. It'll take a while for me to memorize all of the functions. This is a good thing. Most other Bluetooth headphones don't even have half of the functions.I'm very happy that I made this choice. Well worth every cent.Extra convenient call options. Text reading.I'll stop there but there is much more. You will not be disappointed

The WORSE headset I've ever owned! Hate them!!!!!!
