If you like bass in your music then do not buy. I had this for 1 day and I had to return it. I did what the instructions said to hear the bass and to me nothing changed which is a problem. I am a music lover and bass is required. Other than that I like the headset, its really cute and comfortable. I would recommend if you just need it for phone calls. ***NOT FOR MUSIC***

Domain and take all the control of the smartphone on your neck. The sound is comfort with integrated equalizer system, Flawless in most but a little weak nuisance in worry is the earbuds wires, are very thins when you pulling out, Incoming signals is fine vibrates and warn you when the android take a call or text messages, I think this is the best device product ever created by the LG electronics, I carry loaded almost on my neck everyday to my work because the quality is excellent.

I just purchased these headphones and I gotta say the sound is way much cleaner than the previous pair I've had which were the hbs750. The hbs730 had better sound than the 750s but the 900s are louder like the 730s and cleaner. I have to agree that u do realize they are still around ur neck when not in use and the bulky-ness of them aren't exactly what I expected. The retractable earphones are a plus but I'm weary of the thin cable. (which is why I purchased the insurance $1.27 isn't really gonna break me) A positive is that they don't slide.  Well not yet as I said I just got them. I would definitely have to wear them a little longer to see what happens as far as that's concerned. I have 15 days to decide if I'm going to keep them or go back to my 750s since 730s aren't made anymore. I'm definitely gonna stick with LG as far as Bluetooth headphones go. Hate wires and all these other imposters can't touch LG. As far as the phone usage the person on the other end doesn't seem to have a problem hearing me. Only rating 4stars because of the thin wire and large ends. Other than that? 5stars

These headphones are comfortable to wear and controls are easily accessible. Also sound is great.

Easily paired up to my iPhone without any use of instructions. Complete control of iPhone hands free features, was able to make and receive call turn volume up and down, control music all on the LG headset. Love it, the quality of the sound when playing music is acceptable, has a mild base beat and good range of highs. Overall i am happy with this purchase for the money I paid.

Just bought these yesterday. I replaced the 700 series headset which broke. That 700 headset also had an issue where one of the sides was louder than the other. at first impression these are great. They hide under collar easily. Cords when in ear are very thin and almost unnoticable. I like to usually wear with one ear in and the retractable cord keeps from the other bud dropping out of the magentic holder on the earlier version and just dangling. The Harmon Kardon sound is crisp and clear. Bass is good for a small earbud set. The ONLY drawback is that I have a fat neck like 18 1/2 inches. These are mostly metal with a little rubber in the back for flexibility unlike the earlier versions of the tone. so they are fairly rigid and tight around my neck I am trying to soften the rubber up to make them fit better but having a fat neck is not the manufacturers fault. maybe I'll lose some wieght so they fit better.

These headphones are the perfect size for any ear! The sound quality was so good, I almost fainted!

Purchased in December 2014. Great headset, best I have ever bought. Just make sure to buy the replacement warranty, money well spent. The right side of the headset stopped working and I took it in and replaced with no issues. Great sound, works great with my phone.

I bought this phone because I wanted to pair both my work phone and personal phone simultaneously. It was working but I noticed that every time I was outside and not indoors, the connection would be spotty and even drop. All I kept hearing was "trying to connect." I even called LG customer service to try to get a replacement but then I decided to just only pair my work phone and lo and behold, this fixed the problem. I haven't had a problem ever since. I like all the other features of the headset so i would recommend. Just not for pairing two phones.

Regarding the review from thecraw, I could not disagree more. The retractable earbuds are a BIG plus. They are very comfortable and the fact that they retract with the press of a button is especially convenient. The sound is excellent. It does lack the thumping bass but for voice and instrument clarity they are very good, especially for watching videos (youtube, movies, TV shows). I find them very comfortable and convenient to use. The negative, as others have stated, is the thin earbud cords. I could never buy these for my 18 yr old daughter. She would likely yank the cord out after a week or two. They should have re-enforced the cord around the earbud so that when you pull them out of the ear, you don't fear it will break off.

I read the reviews on these bluetooth headphones, well at least the 4 and 5 star reviews, probably should have started with the 1 star and worked my way up. For me, the issue is sound quality, they sound tinny, not enough bass and switching between equalizer settings doesn't seem to make any difference. I have 8 days left to return them, perhaps you can't get the same sound quality as using apple ear buds, also noticed some cutting in and out at times. I'm still deciding whether to keep them or return them, I did purchase the extended warranty though. The three stars I gave them is because of the sound quality issue, everything else I find to be acceptable.

these headphone are perfect. wireless, Deseret and stylish. i don't like to have my phone in my hand wile listening to music and this is a great alternative. the retractable cords are perfect for only listening in one ear at a time.

My Two Main concerns 1) when you play music you could still hear people talking around you. I work in IT and when i say that you understand that people dont talk at the top of their voice, still you end up hearing all their murmuring. Even at its full volume you can hear people murmur. 2) retractable cable in other words your wire carrying ear buds are so thin, they feel like a gauge wire , when you put the ear buds and you touch the wire, it makes a very disturbing noise as if someone is rubbing cardboard or Styrofoam in your ears or like a hollow pipe in your ear...i hate when you plug something in your ear and they make noise when you touch them. This is also an issue when you wear a collared shirt and the wire rubs on the collar. Frankly music and noise cancelling while hearing music was much better in earlier versions of LG Headset. So why 3 why not 1 or 2 for review, that's a good qustion. I was told that there is less wind noise on the other end when i walk and talk on the road, same with additional surrounding noise, kinda better than earlier versions, so that was an improvement hence 3, otherwise for this price i would give 2 with the first two issues. Personally it bothers me a lot when you have ear buds plugged in and makes a noise in your ear...also poor sound quality compared to earlier versions. i would say get LG 750 if that bothers you too. When I used LG 750life was so peaceful and nothing used to enter my ears once i play music or talk over phone

I got these when Motorola FlexS11 went. I had the service plan on them so able pick up these and only pay the difference. This is my first pair of LG Tones. I wanted this because they are supposed to be the best out right now. My only problem is.... They do not cancel out any background noise. Call is great but I had to download the Tone&Talk app to get maximum clarity. I was told before I downloaded the app my voice was not clear. The sound quality when listening to music is just okay. I was not impressed especially when it has the Harmon Karmon logo on it. Overall though pretty good.

These are by far the best that I have tried so far. Great sound. Light weight. Retractable. The speaker cables are a little on the small side so that they are easily retractable but are surprisingly durable. You can extend one ear bud if you only want one at the time or both for full sound. Also they are less flimsy as the collar is more hard plastic the previous versions. Due to this, they stay on your neck much better.

I found these on Amazon for $81 dollars but I wanted them now so I called Bestbuy and they price matched them. Also got the warranty for only $14.99 which is great because I can just walk into any Bestbuy and get them replaced should I need to. Bluetooth does mess with the sound quality a bit since your'e compressing the music file even more assuming your'e using MP3 or another similar format. The highs are a bit rolled off but the Bass and Mids are really good. The Bass doesn't bleed into the mids at all.

This headset is good for talking on the phone, but I would not recommend it for listening to music or watching shows. The volume is not very loud.

The sound quality is 100%. Comfortable fit. The build quality is supreme. LG + Harmon Kardon should know better than using .2mm thin headphone wire. I am so worried about breaking the earbuds off. Had a bit of trouble getting the buttons to work on my Galaxy S4, Pandora app. Volume up/down worked, but track forward and back did not. Only time will tell. I would absolutely recommend this set.

I bought this headset after 2 different plantronics and a Jabra, by far this is the best bluetooth headset that i ever purchased.

purchased them as a gift good quality headset for the price. easy to set up and good sound.thinking about getting a set for myself!
