This is by far my favorite hands free device, I bought the replacement plan but haven't had to use it. Good solid headset.

I use this all day long for all my calls. Best Bluetooth device I've ever used.

I purchased the LG Tone Ultra headset for my boyfriend for Christmas as a temporary for his Beats by Dre. He liked them so much that he wanted me to have a pair and purchased these for my birthday. I love them and have let him use them. He prefers these over the previous model only because of the ability of the cord to retract. I like the free Tone & Talk app that reads your texts to you. The monotone female sounds funny to me.

I had it for about a month and the right ear bud stopped working. I would highly recommend that if you are purchasing this item you buy the protection plan. On a side note the features of the headset and the sound quality are amazing.

This is a great headset, the sound is excellent. Wait for it... The retractable ear buds are very something. Awkward maybe, the housing seems a bit cheap and the release button fro retractable buds has to be perfect angle to work properly and sometime takes 2 hands to make that work without snapping the buds back into place to hard. If they were to put the Harmon Kardons on the 800 you would have a perfect headset in my opinion. Very sleek and stylish but not functionally friendly in my opinion. I would still recommend to a friend. I am very satisfied with the 800 the JBL's aren't bad and the price point is good.

If you are interested in a case for this, be forewarned; the Insignia™ - Charging Case for LG Tone and Insignia™ Wireless Headsets - Model: NS-CAHCC03, does NOT fit. The retractable earbuds stick out past the molded space. You can get the zipper to close but I'm concerned that eventually the headset would be damaged. Does anyone have long time experience with this?

I love the design of this headset. It is much more comfortable than the over the ear design of most. However, the sound quality was not as great as I expected. It seems very sensitive to background noises, but overall is a good choice.

when wearing it on your neck you really dont notice it.

Earbuds kept falling out. Not good for working out. Sound is clear, but if you want bass, this is the wrong product. They will be going back to the store.

point. Without question the best Bluetooth ear-buds out to this point. Teaming with Harmon Kardon was a wise decision. I have never owned a LG product before, but this product is worth the money. I would recommend purchasing them. Several have commented before about the thin wires connecting the ear-bud to the unit. They seem rather strong, but I purchased the 2 year product replacement in the event that something happens in the next 24 months in that regard. Very nice sounding product. I would recommend them to you.

Ive had for a year and love them. Clear sound and easy to use. Lightweight to the point you forget you have on. Use when walking in the park to listen to music

These are really good, But, please LG, move the on/off switch to the outside! For one, it irritates my neck there. Two, when I sweat, thats where the headset tends to fail, the switch corrodes inside at that point

These headphones sound great, could be a little louder but overall can't complain
