I love the sound and the feel / design but in less than 3 weeks, it just died. I wear it while working out, this morning it was working one second, then it just flat out died. No power at all, plug it into charger, nothing.

So, these headphones pretty much suck. They worked well in the beginning, but after about 3 months of use, I lost sound in the left earbud! The sad part about it is, I've heard reviews about this product not being for active use, but I wasn't working out in these, at all. I would use them only for hands-free conversation when I'm driving or when i just didn't feel like holding my cell phone to my face... So no, I wouldn't recommend these at all. Please save your money and buy some better quality earbud headphones for probably half the price.

I love how the buds are retractable. My first pair had to be replaced, however the overall product is good.

    Loving my headphones

I just love my headphones. It is so light and until it rings you really don't know that it is there. I love the idea that the earbuds are not hanging everywhere, you can retract them when not in use. When I saw these on someone I couldn't wait to get a pair.

I have the 750, i love it, thought this would be better because of harman kardon sound, but i was wrong... I bought it tested out in the car right away.... Very dissapointed, sounds worse then my 750.. Returned it 10 minutes later,, the return associate told me it doesnt sound better, it just cost more. We agreed and laugh. But its not worth the price tag, feels more bulky then the 750 version too.

Great product, except for the ON/OFF switch

The retractable ear buds are awesome. The sound is great. The ON/OFF switch is horrible. Sometimes is will not cut off or cut on. I have to jump start my headset by pulling the charger cable in and out until it starts again. Overall, great design just fix that on/off switch issue.

I have owned 5 LG Tone headsets, everything from the Tone Pro to these. The rigidity of this headset is annoying, and the sound quality is about the same, maybe marginally better than other Tone products. The sound is definitely not consistent with the quality I would expect from Harmon Kardon. Like someone else said below, any noise cancellation is non-existent with regard to phone calls, everyone says you must be in a loud environment when I have the stereo On at all in my car and am talking on the phone. Battery life is fair to poor. Not worth the price in my opinion.

    Great BT Headphones

These headphones replaced the 750 Model that was great. I bought these mainly because of retractability which works great. I thought the wired look just didn't look right, plus my son would always grab them when I picked him up which was annoying. Pros - Retractable cable earbuds - BT light doesn't blink as noticeable as other models - Vibrate function can be turned off easily Cons - slightly stiff (feels fragile) - sound could be better for a premium headset - don't like to retract earbud cable every time to make a call Overall very solid product, but to make it really good I would suggest even better sound and maybe improve the retractability some.

    Disappointed

I have had a couple of pair of HBS-730s, and loved them. I was really excited about the Infinim, but returned them a week after buying them. Here is what I didn't like: 1. Found the retractable earbuds more of a nuisance than a benefit. There is no place to really rest the earbuds other than retracting them, so it gets to be a pain if you are on a lot of calls. Would be better if you kept them out all day, or infrequently used them. Also found that often if I pulled them out to answer a call I would not pull them out the whole way and the earbud would not quite reach my ear. Answer would be to always pull hard, but then you get into the cord durability concerns. 2. The sound had some clarity attributes, but there I found the bass to be way too lacking. I played with the different EQ settings, but it did not matter. 3. Needed 2 hands to enable Mic mute on the headset, so it's nearly impossible to do if you are holding a drink, your phone, or anything else of any size. 4. Found them kind of uncomfortable to put on and off. They look nice, but I would recommend any of the traditional tones over them. I really wanted to love them.

These are not worth the price. There are some cool features like retractable headphones and harman/ kardon speakers. Be careful with the retractable button, very poor design, the button gets stuck.

I bought these at Best Buy today relying totally on the reviews. I thought that the quality of these earbuds would exceed my expectations oh but I was wrong. When I got home and try them out, the sound was very low. My earbuds from the $99 cent store sound better. I also noticed the wire to the earbuds were very fragile and thin. I know they would break very easy overtime. These earbuds should not be no $109.00. They are not worth $1.00. Keep your money. I'm still shopping for a good quality wireless earbuds. I guess I'm going to have to go to beats.

Not as good as the old

I was having trouble hearing out of the right side of my old LG. I wear the right side all the time for work. So I thought I would up grade to the top model. However I was disappointed right off the bat, First off: The wires for the buds are smaller gauge. Second: the wires are too short to where they would pull out of my ears every time I turned my head. Third: All of my callers said they could hear some kind of crunching noise in the back ground. That was my first day of wearing them. Come to find out the right bud was plugged with wax on my old LG, so they work fine now. I returned the new LG. I like the lower grade LG better.

I have a 3 year old pair of LG Tone headphones (HBS-700) and thought the Infinum would be a great upgrade, especially with Harman/Kardon speakers..... I thought wrong. The sound quality and overall richness is gone. My old ones are far superior when listening to music and speaking on the phone. Also, the rigid neck band is not as comfortable as the soft, flexible one from the past and I question the longevity of the of the retractable earbuds with those very thin cords. Sadly I will be returning these, but happily I now know my old ones are better than I knew. Sometimes new and fancy isn't that great.
