Mine stop working all of a sudden, don't know why bought it less than a year ago. If anyone have any idea how to get it back working I'll appreciate it.

I bought these LG Tone Infinum's with high expectations. Unfortunately, there were not met. Setting it up is a piece of cake. Making and receiving calls...no problem. Sound Quality? Harmon Kardon? Are you kidding. Unless you jam them all the way in and hold them...horrible sound. No bass at all. Shows my right for choosing something wireless. I have no idea what I will try next.

I purchased these because I have several friends that own, and love their LG Tone Pros. I decided to kick it up and get the latest and greatest. Wow! Very cheap quality. The wires are so thin I felt that they would break when I pulled them from their retractable bases. The unit is not like previous models in that it is a solid, ridged piece that does not lie very well around the neck. And this Harmon Kardon sound? Not impressed. I couldn't get the unit to answer calls from my iPhone on a regular basis. And it says it will pair with more than one decice, and it will, but do not expect to be able to use them at the same time. Meaning, when I was listening to a podcast on my iPad, I couldn't answer and incoming call. You have to re pair to the device you want to use. And the call quality was horrible. The people I talked with couldn't understand me. I returned it after 3 days of complete dissappointment, and purchased the LG Pro. Now the LG pro is an excellent device!!!! Great sound. Easily answer calls and great call quality. Easily switch between two devices without having to re pair. The unit fits comfortably around the neck. Don't waste your money on the Infinim. It's truly not a quality device.

There are not worth $150 ..., maybe $50 It especially having to use earbuds !! Don't waste your time you'll be going back to the store to change them. I'm very disappointed I'm returning the LG TONE INFINIM ( but they sure make the box look really nice !! ) Oever the ear or on-ear is the best way to go !!!

They suck for the money. I figured that for the money that it would offer some kind of noise cancellation. They offer none. Furthermore, they seem to amplify all the background noise. Wouldn't recommend them if you're going to use them daily while driving or in loud environments.
