Occasionally have connection issues when connecting to more than one device. They have been dropped and used daily. They are well made and an excellent travel companion. sound is good relative to the type of headset they are.

It has served me well, the performance is good. The automatic earplug retractors have worked well however the wire connecting the earplugs to the unit is a lot lighter gauge wire and seems like it will break easily. The neck piece fits well, but I would have preferred a dark color as opposed to the silver color that it comes in.
