    went through like six of the other ones and was having issues with the ear piece going out. asked customer in store when returning the last pair who was wearing these and she told me they were great. got them and love them. no issues except if i could strangle suri as she does not seem to understand english. lol

    Works ok,,but, no real improvement over products that are 1/2 the cost. Listened to the salesman...should have listened to my gut instinct. Wanted to return but wasn't able to get back to that store within the 14 days.
