    Overall good bluetooth,but sometimes the button gets stuck on the side. The other buttons are easy to push; however, the buttons to retract the headphone sucks...the call quality is loud but not always the clearest.

When I walked in Best Buy and saw the price, I immediately picked them up. These are so clear I can hear people in the background that are not near the person I am talking to.
