    After reading many other reviews about this product I was initially undecided on taking the risk of giving it as a gift. I hate giving gifts someone has to return because of quality issues. One of the ear-buds quit working after the third time it was used (2nd day of use). Initially it all worked fine and sounded great, but it appears after pulling out the ear pieces a few times damages the quality of the cord somehow leading to no sound coming thru the cable to the ear-bud. Just plain disappointing... I returned the product immediately after the Christmas holiday. Thank goodness for Best Buys return policy.

    I have had these headphones for several months now and I couldn't be happier with them. I wear them at my desk, around the house, while on my tractor and while on my motorcycle. I have had zero issues with them.

    i had a good month with them before they got a shortage in them and they no longer work. and it does not recline anymore. but the quality was good until then.
