This headset is comfortable, easy to use and very clear. Great price and purchase.

None of these ear bud head sets are award winners when it comes to quality but these would rate in the top models. Like the convenience of retractable cables and design. Bought another pair after testing for a gift.

Everything about this product is wonderful except the mic...it goes in and out and annoying for people on the receiving end...the noise cancellation cancels out your voice and amplify the background noise. If this was to be fixed I would give this product 5 stars

I had the LG Tone 900 headset prior to purchasing the HBS-910. The clarity in the HBS-910 headset is improved in quality and you when you are speaking the outside noise is not an issue anymore. I use to receive complaints when I was speaking to someone and that they could hear static. The static is gone.

Have not many problems at all from this unit. My girlfriend has the same unit as I do and sometimes the volume of her voice comes in low when I am in my noisy work environment and i have the volume turned up.

This was an upgrade, newer version off the 900 I had. I like the fact that it is more flexible around my neck. But they do not seem to work as good as my old pair as far as sound for me. Overall, works ok.

This is my 3rd. First one was great until I got caught in a rain. Second was good except for phone update would mess with it for a week. This one has been frustrating from day one. Voice functions either won't understand me, or just drops before completing.

I have an older version of these from LG and love them. They do not have the retractable ear buds (wires are exposed all the time) and the wires don't get in my way. I purchased these as a spare pair since I love the format while working in the yard. The sound on these is slight less full than my old pair but still very good but if didn't have them both to play back to back I wouldn't have anything bad to say about the sound. I do think the wires are way too thin to stay durable. I can just see something bad happening when pulling the ear buds out in the future. I know they have to be thin in order to retract and keep the size of the headset reasonable. But the wire is scary thin and just feels flimsy.

Great headphone. They are very comfortable and the battery lasts a lot.

Audio quality is good and the microphone is above avg. Range of headset to phone is roughly 30' but typically less if the 2 are not in direct line of sight. Overall, very happy with this unit.

The product has a great design that stays out of the way. Unfortunately the sound is thin and volume limited. Ok for phone but not so much for music.
