My LG - Tone Infinim HBS-910 Bluetooth Headset works wonderful. Able to have hands free will work on equipment. It has good connection to iphone easy to use. Forget I even is wearing around neck.

I purchase this as a replacement for my previous LG headset. This product was supposed to have more features and clarity. I returned the first purchase thinking that maybe it was defective but the replacement was just as bad. The call quality was awful. People said that I was cutting in and out. I am very disappointed.

Great set of headphones for a person who is constantly moving had problems with my headphones getting caught up in things but with a retractable headphones that problem has been eliminated

Bought this after my LG Tone HBS-900 cord got stuck within 2 weeks of use. Had high expectations on this but turns out to be a damp squib. The biggest issue is with the microphone & call quality. Starting from day 1, people have been complaining that they can hardly hear my voice. This is even if I'm sitting in a quiet room. I cannot return this now coz I exceeded the 14 day period, as I was travelling & didn't get a chance to visit best buy store. A lot is left to be desired, from LG. I wish I didn't end up wasting 150 $ on this annoying piece that fails to fulfill basic bluetooth functionality of clear call quality. I must admit that listening to music, however has been good.

I love this blue tooth headset. Works very well. Love the retracting cord.

This is my first set of blue tooth headphones and so far I am very pleased. They are perfect for the gym. So far there are no issues with retracting them. The sound is great as well.

Would be a 5 but I have consistent difficulty in pairing with Windows 10

They have made some improvements but the on/off switch is still subpar.

At first I had issues with people hearing me but in time it got better

I like this product because the cords are actually harder than normal and do not bend as easily. Also i like that the ear plug retract and do not hang when i'm running or exercising.

Overall, it is a very good and affordable headset and I am enjoying it.

So far the bluetooth headset is working fine with clear communication.

The on/off switch is not as conveniently placed as the previous model.

it could be better, considering the cost. I do however enjoy mine.

This headset is one of the best I've heard for listening to music or watching a movie UT it's falls very short on the microphone. Everyone says I sound like I'm in a tunnel so I will be looking for a different everyday headset. If you want it for mainly music and not calling then is a 9.

I find this head set to be the best head set in have ever owned.

The only bad thing is that it doesn't have noise cancellation.
