The product is good ia just sometimes i can't hear

Horrible! Unit will drop calls constantly, States that range is 30ft but fails to re-connect unless you re-boot the headset. For the money one pays to get the preeminent favorite LG it doesn't measure up.

I have tried just about every wireless headset on the market, which is why I feel qualified to say that this is the best wireless headset on the market.

I worry about the retractable buds as they do not seem as strong as othe non-retractable models. All in all, good experience with this model so far.

Great sound quality. I was worried about noise cancelling on these while using them for calls but they work great. I would recommend these to anyone.

I love my new Bluetooth. I have the LG 1100 as well, But wanted a different color. I adore this rose gold. I switch up to keep from wearing them out.

This is my 3rd pair of LG TONES love them and they just keep getting better. Gave my old pair to my niece who is 6 yrs old she loves them.

My bluetooth ear piece , i love it only problem i have the wire dont retrive all the way back,but yes i would recommend it to a friend.

The buds lack rich base like the Beats wireless buds I also recently purchased. The Bluetooth range also seems "challenged" when more than ~10' from source device. Pairing was very easy. Built-in mic works well for phone calls.

easy to use and very light on your neck. very useful and safe when you're driving. no hands on your cell phone. be safe while you drive

I have the model before the night ends which would the lbs 900 they were much better in sound quality the retractable strings do not seem sturdy like the ones previously owned and when people call me they hear all of the background noise

This great for me. I have 2 devices and need to use both devices consecutively with a Bluetooth. I live the retractable buds. The only negative is the sound quality at times while listening to music. Also I have had a little static.

Above and beyond the best LG headset I have bought. The tones products have aways been great but this is by far there best yet

I've tried skull buds, beats and a few other and I personally liked these the best. They connect fast and sound very clear.

I am very please with this device. I upgraded from an older model and I appreciate the mechanism for handling the earbuds.
