Bought based on store recommendation and ended up returning. Multiple people told me my truck bluetooth was better which is terrible. I bought Skull Candy Wireless ones and I prefer them by a large margin.

The head set is okay, it does what it's supposed to do., but people have a hard time hearing me when I talk. Also it keeps saying call ended. It needs some more work to be 100% satisfactory.

    Revamped look, clearer sound

I had the HBS-900, or last years model of the Tone Infinim. What a difference a year can make. The BIGGEST DIFFERENCE is the 2-mic system on this year's model versus the 1-mic of last year's. You come in much clearer on the other end when talking on the phone with these. While the person you are talking to will still be able to hear wind or outside noise with this pair, it will not interfere with your voice this time around. Your voice will come in loud and clear even with others talking around you. Cannot state enough how much better these look, which sounds petty until you realize how many people will notice that you have some weird device on your neck. The matte black is much nicer than the glossy black of last year's model. Also, the new design on these is much more comfortable and the button placement, while a little weird at first, is much better. The sound on these is improved as well. That impressed me considering how well the last model sounded. All-in-all would for sure recommend these to anyone who uses a phone on a regular basis.

Sound quality is okay.. And speaker quality is horrible, I have to yell or speak loudly to be heard.... I Could've purchased something a lot cheaper with the same quality or better.

My connection range is less than 50 feet. I can lose connection while talking without physically moving. I gets static in my headset without notice. Not a good or reliable product.

I've had 2 of these headsets. Both of them only lasted about 2-3 weeks before they began to fail & no sound would come through the left ear bud.

I replaced my previous model headset for this one, expecting it to have the same or better quality audio and talk. From the first day I've been getting choppy audio while playing my music and also when talking on the phone. The other problem I have is that the blutooth losses connection to the phone.

I loved my First LG Headset. RAVED about it. This upgraded one SUCKS. Power is on the inside against your skin, so if you sweat at all (like working out, taking a walk, or live anywhere, where the sun shines even a little the sweat will wipe out your connection and kill the power switch. Upgrade to the SWEAT PROOF or Downgrade back to the 800 series and avoid this issue.

    Nice and comfortable

I have had several of the old LG Tone headsets and tried several other brands. For me these are the most comfortable headsets, they do not hurt my ears like some of the other brands. The battery life is excellent, I can talk and listen to music while at work for about 2-3 days depends on how much I use them but I always get 2 days and then some. Sounds quality is great compared to some of the older of tones, they are louder than they used to be. The part that sits on your neck isn't too flimsy like the original tones and not as stiff as the 1st gen infiniums. I really like this headset!

Used warranty on a previous model that lasted over a year and these within a week were acting up repeatedly calling people and then just stopped working all together. Took those back got another set 1 week and these won't turn on. Going back for third set under warranty now
