I purchased these for both music listening and talking (mostly conference calls for work). For the first couple weeks no issues. Sound was great. After a while the person on the phone would say I sound muffled. So I figured I just need to re-position them. Didn't work. So hung up and called back. Didn't work. Switch to my phone for the call and no problem. So I did a few more calls that day and same results. Too bad because it was great with music.

Great sound and easy to use. Best decision ever! Great for talking on the phone or listening to music!

Great for being on the road, but I would say a little disappointed in overall sound. I am an audiophile and for the price I should of bought Beats. Still think it's a great product but lacking of sound.

Would not get anything different it is best Bluetooth out there.

I have had most of the LG headsets I upgraded to this one I like it only problem is the microphone everyone says they can't hear me on the headset!

I bought this product due to all the Reviews - but Most of the Reviews are people using the Item for listening music. Please pay Attention to my Review IF someone is using it for work or communicate -- I work from home and is on the phone for at least 4 hours a day so I do rely on a Good Bluetooth Headset a lot. I thought that with the price and Newest model I would have a very good Product I can rely on and I was very disappointed - many of the people I talk to with this headset says I sound like I am on the Speaker phone and they can barely hear me. Like I said if you need this headset for listening to music or go the gym then probably it would be a great headset BUT not to use it Mainly for communication.

A replacement for HBS-900, the HBS-910 are Super cheap made quality and the range of the Bluetooth is horrible . The retractable earbuds and the location of the buttons is even worse. I'm planning to return these as soon as I find the old model on line. If you never owned the HBS-900 you would not understand this review.

Don't get me wrong I love the LG tones and have had so many set of the from day one, to the point where I would just give them away to close friends and family who asked how did I like them. But this pair and the one above it have to be some of the worst tones I have ever had when it came to staying connected to my phone. When its any other place then my shirt pocket it works perfectly and sounds amazing but as soon as I put it any other place it just gives up and buzz and trying to connect.

I have been using LG Tones since they came out.i always get them here because best buy always has the best price.

This headset works very well if listening to just music or podcasts. However when using the headset for phone calls it is horrible. Everyone complained how awful I sounded. And it was hard to hear anyone else.

I have the previous model 900. I purchased the 910 because the 900 lost sound in the left earbud after 8 months. These new ones are absolute garbage. The earbuds do not retract fast enough to insert all the way if it rubs against your shirt or body. After the first day of use, people would tell me I was talking too quiet. The mic muffled all my calls. Then, later in the day, they began to cut out if I tilted my head back slightly. The speaker would pop and cut out music or voices but only when listening to music, commercials or talk radio. But not during phone calls. Final straw was the headset lost Bluetooth connection while in my pocket 3 separate times. Also, the volume button is too flush and slippery so it's hard to get to the volume you want. You don't feel like you get a good push on the slide button. I returned them to Best Buy the next morning and replaced with the same model hoping that I just received a bad one. The second headset is cutting out when I turn my head or tilt back. Ridiculous! The sound is not at all above the quality of the 900 model. I wish I could find another 900 but they are getting difficult to get unless they are a refurb. I will try the 1100 tomorrow, but from the reviews, It looks like those are just as bad as this model. It seems that LG has dropped the ball on the most recent models. Too much focus on moving around the function controls instead of quality control. One more issue but this is on all. Odell not using an LG phone, the battery indications are terrible. It tells you the battery is high, medium or low. When it says low, you have no idea if you have 5 seconds of battery or an hour. And speaking of battery, the battery life is diminished from 17 hours on the 900, down to 10 or 11 hours on the 910. Why? You are not getting any added features for the lower battery time. Rant over, and good luck if you choose this model.

Sent back on second unit, great sound quality, very poor mic. So far so good on second unit.

I've used LG Tone headsets for about 4 years now. I bought this to replace an old HBS700 that won't hold a charge any longer. The reception is so bad I had to send it back to LG to see if it's defective. My phone can be sitting in my front pocket and music or podcasts will cut out constantly. Such an expensive headset shouldn't have issues much cheaper previous generations didn't have.

Voice quality/volume to caller is NOT good! Must talk very loudly in order for caller to hear voice.

I enjoyed the previous version (hbs-900) so I figure this was the logical replacement. I couldnt even touch them on my neck without my connection being lost. I tried two pairs with the same problem. I upgraded to the platinum that work a lot better.

I agree with one of the previous person who reviewed this product. I had 3 conference calls and all 3 people on other end said they were having very hard time hearing me. I had the old HBS headset and that worked great for long time until it died. This new one is not great for phone conversations. I may return it.

Liked the concept but seems it's just not for me. But others do like them.
