I like how I can always find my blue tooth. It is wireless and I don't have to constantly have something in my ear. Fits comfortably too.

These things are great when they're working. They're extremely comfortable and sound great. The Bluetooth range exceeds 30' when there's direct line of sight, more like 60-70' in some cases. I can leave my phone on my table saw and walk 60' down the driveway to the mailbox before it starts to crackle and remind me I left my phone in the garage. Unfortunately, they're not very "sturdy". I'm a pretty heavy user (my wife says I'm a headphone destroyer). I work from home in front of a computer all day with breaks to go outside in the yard to work on a project, yardwork, gardening, digging, chopping wood... And I've gone through 4 pair already. I also wear them to fall asleep and listen to audiobooks non-stop. If you buy these, make sure you get the geek squad protection plan so you can get a new pair when they fail on you. I had the HBS900 for about 18 months before they failed on me and when I went to get a replacement I had to get these since they're the new model. They're definitely a step up in terms of form and aesthetics, but they're "delicate". Battery lasts me all day and most times it lasts until bed time. The most recent pair failed after about two weeks, it just wouldn't power on anymore. I exchanged them for another pair about 4 days ago and the new pair just starting randomly vibrating non-stop so I'll be exchanging them again. I bought a pair of the Pro sets as well since the audio listening battery time is alleged to be 13 hours. The first battery charge on the Pro set made it through two days of light listening without a charge.

I like the product quite a bit. It helps to drive hands free and legal in many states. The retractable ear buds are a huge upgrade

Second pair of LG infinim headphones. Last ones were good but these are great. Speaker wire is thicker and sound quality is great. Heavy user, about an hour a day working out with them on. Do a great sound of cutting out noise if you get them in the ear just right.

I upgraded to the Infinim from the Ultra. Only difference is the retractable ear buds which are more uncomfortable. Sound is good!

I'm a BestBuy employee that works in the warehouse, I was looking for a nice set of headphones to use as I work. These are perfect, sound is awesome. and the fact that the ear pods retract is great. (magnetic ones sometimes fall out and can be a pain) Love them!

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He loves how it works. The sound quality is great for use with your phone or any bluetooth device. He was so impressed i bought on for myself too. I also love the product but don't like how it connects to my Samsung phone.

I love my headset. I purchased this one after the previous version gave out. I have no problems with it. It was easy setup and everything. The sound quality is great and I can hear and talk without all the extra static that some headset give off. No problems here.

Bluetooth synced up easily but the sound Quality and bass was not as good as my old Samsung ear buds. The distance before I lost signal was shorter and signal was more affected by doors, walls and such. The worst was the quit working after only 3 months they do have a 1 year warranty so we are about to see how well LG service is.

The quality of sound is still awesome like my old lg tone infiniums. The only thing I didn't like we're the rubbery thing they got going they aren't a solid frame if I hold on end in my had it just bends like I can't really explain but it's not solid like the old ones. I was worried I might break them so I gave them to my son.

I love The LG Tone. The retractable cord really Help. i Used these while i worked out and the sweat caused one of he ears to short out...

i PAID INSURANCE THE ONES i HAD BUT THEY KEPT DOWN GRADED ME BECAUSE I WAS TOLD LG STOP MAKING THEM I HAD PAID ALMOST $200.00 FOR THE ONE'S I LIKE

I love it save I time and pain on the neck holding the cell phone on your shoulder

This was a gift for my husband. He uses this headset to work in the yard or his workshop. The earbuds he had, kept gettting in the way and he had actually cut the cords on 3 sets. These are great with a very nice quality sound. Work well with his iphone.

I love these headphones but I would recommend product insurance because the neckband part of them can break in half easily.

I use these not only when I'm driving but when I'm doing anything from waging dishes to just laying in the bed looking at tv. They go on my neck at 6am and do not come off until 10 or 11pm when I'm ready to go to bed and charge them up for the next day!!!

Ive had 3 different tone this one is the best one i had so far. But my body aeem to cut it out if my phone is in back pocket

I had purchased an older version for my husband, he lost the first one, so he liked them so much, he wanted another pair.

Pretty good product. Sound and noise cancellation works well, but the headset is a little bulkier than earlier versions.

This is one of the best Bluetooth devices I’ve ever used
