Ear piece would stay in ears, short range, did not color

This headset is not worth the money. sound quality is not good. too expensive also.

Hearing quality is not good, can't hear. Also volume adjust button does not work.

I HAD A BETTER CONNECTION WITH THE HBS 900,MY FRIEND SAYS IT IS TO MUCH NOISE.

I purchased this mainly for use for calling. Was not consistently reliable. People on the other end said I sounded like I was in a tunnel or far away.

This is my third one! All lost microphone, cutting in and out..Read forums on resetting and other tricks, nothing helps. So tired of people saying I can't hear you. Last one only had two weeks. upgraded to HB-1100 to see if they are any better. Maybe it is you get what you pay for..

These things are terrible I've hand to replace them twice now

This is a decent Bluetooth if you are working in a climate controlled area but if you work outside like I do I wouldn't recommend this one. If you sweat it will stop working. If two rain drops hit it, it will stop working. If it's too hot, it will stop working. Not worth the $150

This is the 2nday time I have purchased this line before (different generation). I loved the previous pro model I owned so I looked forward to the upgrade. I use this for business and pleasure. Everyone complained about my audio quality on calls.

Disappointed with my buy of the LG tone, constant complaint when using the headset that the voice quality is poor. It is useless and I would avoid buying this product if intending to use for work calls, possibly OK for listening to music

After my 15 days had expired the Bluetooth begin to show that it wouldn't fully charge. I would charge it once it notified me that the battery was low. Once it would be on charger for few hours it would always say medium battery.

This was the warranty replacement for previous headset that was discontinued. Had to pay addtnl amount as these were more expensive. Sound quality very bad because of mic location. Callers cannot understand or hear me.

Poor quality retractable cord kinks not allowing me to not hear the caller or missing calls I have had LG headsets and have always had the compatibility with my IPhone but this unit is not what I expected.

I had to replace this product three times before buying something else that suited my needs. Ive bought many bluetooths and this one just doesnt hold up. It is NOT sweat resistant. Im very disappointed.

The reception is terrible. I went through two and ended up sending the second one back since the old model worked way better than this one. As a result of that experience I've since switched brands

I was very disappointed with the sound quality of this item. My old cheaper headphones work better. I wanted these because they have the ability to connect to two devices at the same time.

This headset is only good for listening to music. The headset has poor talk quality and most of my clients couldn't understand a word I said.

Initially I was excited about the upgrade to the tone infinim however no one can hear you were in these headphones and if no one can hear you then the product is useless very disappointed

The previous models were way better ! I wish I did not have these . They drop out sound all the time and the headphones have a very hard time retracting poor quality for the price!
