Nobody can hear me on this model... I asked around to other people with this headset and they are having the same issue... Now I'm stuck with them until a better model comes out

These are the best design, but the worst! Everyone I talk to say they can't hear me when I'm talking, and this is my second pair, so I give up...

I was not please with them.hard material and I had an old pair thought by these costing more would service me better but I was it please..

HAD TO TAKE BACK 3 TIMES DUE TO THE FAILURE TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY, BEST BUY GAVE ME NO PROB WITH EXCHANGING FOR A NEW ONE IN THE BOX...

I can hear okay with this bluetooth device, but get told frequently by the person I am speaking with that they can't hear me.

This by far the worst item in the LG lineup. This headset has static, drops calls, the Bluetooth disconnects all the time.

I want to like these headphones. I really do. They sound great, they're comfortable to wear, and the battery lasts forever. But here's the problem: they are not durable. I have been through at least 4 different versions now, from the Pro to the Ultra to the original Infinims (HBS 900) to the latest iteration of the Infinim (HBS 910). For each model I've owned, I've had signal loss to one of the ear pieces, or signal dropping via bad bluetooth connectivity, or a winding mechanism that's stopped functioning, to now, on my 910s, after only 1 month, they will charge, but simply won't turn on at all. Maybe others have been luckier than I have; yay for you! My one piece of advice is that if you want to take the risk, buy the extended coverage through Best Buy, which will cost maybe an extra $15 or so. It's so worth it. I never buy extended warranties for anything, but if you're anything like me, you'll find yourself with busted LG Tones a few months from now, and you'll be glad you ponied up for the extra coverage so that you can go to your local BB, get them replaced with the same model, or even trade them in for something else, no questions asked. I've tried a lot of different bluetooth headsets, and these ones really are the best when they work... the problem is they are so fragile and prone to breaking one has to wonder if it's really worth the aggravation.

Short review: Great design. Hard for people to hear me, but decent clarity when listening to music. Long review: I've never owned any LG Tone headphones before, but a lot of my co-workers love their HBS-900 (last year's model), so I thought the new HBS-910 would be even better. I like a lot of things about this pair, I really do. They are sleek, light weight, compact and out of the way, and the retractable earbud wires are genius. The music could sound better, but it's honestly not bad for what it is. There is a lack of bass, but that's to be expected for what they are intended for. I view them as business casual headphones. Something out of the way, convenient to have around, and versatile. My only real complaint is that people tell me I sound distant and often people can't hear what I'm saying. I have to almost yell when I talk, which is insane to me. This unfortunately is the reason why I must return them. Like I said in the summary, I really wanted these to work. I even bought a replacement pair at a completely different Best Buy in case there was a bad batch. Unfortunately I was having the same mic issue as the first one. For the next set, I'll be trying out the HBS-900 model. I have heard a lot of good stuff about them and I bet they'll be the ones I keep. Best Buy has given me no hassle with my exchanges. Great customer service.

Work ok on music not good on phone calls cut out a lot and sometimes they don't connect for no reason

While I’ve only had the product for three days, I have to say I love it and wish I had splurged much, much earlier. It’s a wonderful piece, comfortable to wear and highly functional. I went directly to the store for this purchase so I could interact with an associate to get my questions answered, and glad I did. It was a pleasant experience and I learned far more than I could have online. Initially I was looking at the entry-level LG version, but quickly jumped up to the next higher level when I found out the base model does not have retractable earbuds. Having dangly wires all over the place was the reason I was making the purchase to begin with, so that was a deal breaker. I bumped up again to the Infinim product upon learning that the sound drivers were Harmon/Kardon, much better than the next lower model. Well worth the extra $20, as the sound is incredible for something in the $120 range. So why 4 stars and not five? I’d give it about 4.5 if I could, but didn’t have that option. The detractors for me were three things: 1) The thin wires on the earbuds, they are way too petite and will not last long, prompting me to buy the extended warranty, as I’m sure I’ll be back multiple times for the repair/replace. 2) The retractable buttons do not retract the earbuds all the way if you have had them out for more than an hour. Sometimes you have to press the button several times while waiting a second or two between presses, or even pull them back out a little before they return home 100%. 3) The range is not great, at full battery the service starts to interrupt around 20-25 feet, and with a low battery even 3 feet will have lots of disruptions. Bottom line, well worth the investment, you’ll love them and feel comfortable in them, but make sure to budget in the $20 for the extended warranty. I have a feeling you’ll get your $20 worth.

It broke in not even two months this costs way to much money for it to break.

I purchased first the Samsung Tone Pro, nice sound but volume too low and earbuds do not fit well. Then I tried Sol Republic Shadows, Nice sound and loud, earbuds do not fit well and Bluetooth you get frequent brief audio cut-outs with your phone in your pocket! Also the flexible neckband makes the headset slip off your neck constant pulling one earbud out! Finally bought the most expensive of the 3 the LG Tone Infinium, Great sound, loud enough and earbuds fit tight. Add the great battery life and sturdiness on the neck its a clear winner!

Do love the sleek out of the way comfort of the headset. Connected to iPhone easily. Phone calls echo, sound distant and pick up background noise better than in mic. Very tinny sounding and even with adjusted Bass, not good quality sound. Retractable ear buds are great. Charge lasts 2 1/2 days and charged quickly. Bought for walking and working out with good music quality, so have to return them.

This is my second pair of lg tone. I have to say this far I am impressed with the quality of sound. I used my headphones every day and they feel very comfortable. However my complaint is a two part. The battery using it all day listening to music goes down to approximately 50% in just one day, I was expecting it to last longer. Also, the volume at the highest level is not quite as high as the previous pair of lg tone I still have. Other than those two items, which are personal preference, these are a really nice set.

I have been using the LG bluetooth headphones since they brought them out I think they are great products my last pair where the LG 900 and they were outstanding very durable all around good headphones and even with my not so great hearing the sound had a very good quality and only occasionally would someone have a hard time hearing me. The new LG 910 version just does not live up two previous models. I have had to two in a week the first ones straight from the box did not retract the earbuds and the microphone quality was less than poor. The microphone on the second pair lasted for all off seven seconds on the first call. I will continue buying their products just not this one. I do not recommend the LG 910 to anybody unless you're only ever going to use it for music and then it has a good sound quality.

Looked at a bunch of reviews before I bought these. Lightweight and comfortable. Battery goes the whole day before they need to be recharged. Bass is lacking though. Aside from that I have no issues with them. Use them every day.
