These only worked for about 3 days, and then I started losing the sound. On mine I lost the sound on the left side, some people report maybe 1 month or so, but check the comments- there are a ton of people who have reported this. LG will replace them if you have the receipt which unfortunately I don't have, but it takes 7 - 12 days to get them back. I've met 2 other people who have these and they had the same experience. You slowly loose the sound in one side until it goes away completely. Check the comments- this problem is well known. The sound is only ok on these, not a big deal at all. Harmon Kardon branding looks good but don't be fooled. It's a shame because it has so many cool features and I really liked them for the first 3 days. Save yourself the headache and get something else.

People think it a necklace. It is sleek. The volume is perfect and it stays out of the way.

I have bought these for my parents as a gift and they are a great asset in their work. The only problem is how durable it is in lasting long. One side or another will just completely die out without any predetermined causes for the issue. If it wasn't for GEEK Squad protection services, I'd be a little more unhappy with the quality of this headset.

I just purchased this LG Tone Infinim today and i will return it tomorrow. first the sound quality is not good. second, i have a two bedrooms apartment and the connection is very poor when my phone is in the bedroom and i'm in the kitchen. the LG Tone Pro is way better than the Tone Infinim.

This headset is very comfortable and works well for the price.

The battery life is very poor. I have to charge it at least daily even though I only spend 2 hours on the phone and don’t listen to music. The mute feature is awful, you need two hands to mute the headset and there is no audible notification whether the phone is muted or not. You have to ask “can you hear me” to tell if it is muted. Also I have had issues twice where the phone was muted (on the iPhone 6 Plus) but the people on the other end could still hear everything I was saying. This has never happened to me on my other BT headsets. Very concerning. There is no audible caller ID so you have to look at your phone to see who is calling. By far the worst customer support I have ever come across. I wish I could return this and get my money back

I had the LG 730 for 2 years I think and I never had any problem with them but i wanted to try this new more expensive 900 which I hate. I don't see the difference in sound between the 730 and 900 even with the harman/ kardon on board on the 900 and believe me I listen to music 24/7 with them on even when I go to sleep I wear them @ night...my problem is that I can't be apart from my phone with the 900 for more than 15 ft (5 yards) before the sound starts fading.I just connected the 730 back to my phone and went almost 50 ft (16 yards) away and they still working so I'm returning the 900 tomorrow 2/9/15

The neckband cracked with normal use (product is in like new condition!). The warranty states "LG Electronics warrants this product to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship at the time of its original purchase by a consumer, and for a subsequent period of one (1) year. " The warranty claim was declined because "The device warranty does not cover physical, liquid, or cosmetic damage."  The "physical damage" of a cracked neckband is due to poor quality.  So, they have created a policy that gives them an excuse not to honor a valid warranty claim!

Snapped after less than 6 mos. of regular use.... LG WILL NOT HONOR THE 12 MONTH WARRANTY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PILE OF LG JUNK.

I've had this for a year now still works good! The only problem I've noticed is when i'm talking on the phone people complain that my background is too loud.

These are definitely the best model of tones/Bluetooth headphones yet! The retractable ear buds are a HUGE improvement.

I bought this headset and after 2 months of usage the on/off switch stopped working. The headphones kept connecting and disconnecting from my phone. Next the right ear bud went out within 4 months of having these. I seriously do not recommend them. There has to be better bluetooth headsets out there for cheaper.

I love my LG headphones many people have mentioned how clear my phone calls are now. Also awesome for listening to music on the go.

Purchased this item less than a year ago. In February, I recognized that there was a short in the right ear bud. Extremely dissatisfied with the product. One shouldn't have to purchase insurance or a pertection plan for "quality".

Loved this headset until it broke after only 3 months. LG told me it's out of warranty, if they don't even back their inferior product, why bother buying it?! Stay away if you want more than 3 months of usage!

I bought my first pair and thought thwy were going to be good as LG advertise it. My husband and brother liked the way they look so we bought 2 more..i already had to get 2 headsets repair in less than 6 months. They had really gave me lots of headaches.

Man since buying these headphones life has been soo much easier

And just got them a week ago and I already hear a cracking sound when I pull left ear plug out of the retractable wire. Like if they got wet. Going to return then this weekend I think they r a little too pricey :(

Poorly designed hard exterior shell, after 4 months the shell cracked then eventually broke. Contacted LGand returned the product; basically they said that wasn't covered under the warranty. I was disappointed because for the price the shell should've been more durable and LG should honor the warranty for everything especially if the consumer hadn't used the product for a full year. I didn't even get 6 months worth of usage out of them.
