These headphones are good for everyday use. In the car, at the gym, for work etc. They're also pretty comfortable around the neck.

We replaced an old headset and have been very pleased with the new one. This one is a lot more clear than the old one of the same kind.

I have bought this item on an advancement. The battery life is incredible alongside the remote range. It energizes rapidly and holds it well. I prescribe the 2-year substitution design also. It is qualified to have the assurance to appreciate it for the whole deal.

I like the platinum color, it's flexibility and durability. But I have problems with not being able to connect to both of my phones.

The sound on these headphones are pretty good. I like the volume control buttons, but I sometimes get interference when I am on a call and using the headphones. I can hear my own voice echoing. I also am not that impressed with the battery life. But I like the range of these... I can leave my phone at my desk and walk to the other side of my work area; that's about 6 rows of cubicles without losing signal (about 100 steps).

Limited area between phone and headset, approx. 15-20 ft before it looses connection. Other than that, it works great at this time!

Sounds ok but the headphones these replaced sounded better and were $15. Cheap enough to not care if they only last a year or two

I like the LG brand. I’ve owned several pairs of wireless headphones and these by far have been the best.

Great quality and sound. I got these as an upgrade to the infinium, and I have to say they LG has outdone themselves with these. Much better design and light weight.

In terms of sound quality, these are the best BT earbuds I've owned to date. I moved up from the Jabra Rox Wireless, which are also great earbuds but battery would go after about only 3.5 hours. The LG Tone Platinums fit my lifestyle, as I love having the unit wrapped around my neck snd ready to go just by pulling out the earbuds. They are so light that I forget I have them on, vs a set of earbuds you pull out of a pouch or pocket (nothing to wrap, just retract. So this style of earbuds may or may not fit your style. Also the battery seems to work longer, so far got 8 hours. Highly recommended.

I like this LG very much, Very comfortable to wear and unobtrusive in restaurants or walking. Would definitely buy again.

I really like this product however it's becoming over priced and warrant you to expensive. It is always my first choice.

This headset was easy to set up, incoming sound from phone calls are clear as well as microphone picking up my voice. Bluetooth range is about 40 ft. The headset vibrates for phone incoming calls, a plus for me. The controls are also easy to use.

Nice quality. But the plastic gets really hot if you leave it inside the car,... to hot to place it around your neck

Great sound and a great product. Didn't like having something around my neck. But the product and sound were great.

these are good for the most part and there is a love/hate relationship as far as the retractable earpieces. love that they retract but they are evidently very fragile and after a while the earpiece will quit working even if you are extremely careful when pulling them out. believe me i know as i have went though several pairs so word of advice if your going to buy them make sure you get the protection plan because you will be taking them back for an exchange.

I bought these headphones to make calls mostly. Fortunately I bought the 2 year warranty because I went through 6 sets. They finally stopped carrying this model and I had to switch but they no longer offer the warranty. They were great when they worked. Not long after you started using them the would stop connecting to the phone without being being beaten.

The volume is not that great for calls and music. It's heavier than my old LG Tone that did not retract. I've gone back to my old LG Tone for comfort. My husband loves this item and he says it sounds great to him and it's comfortable. But not me.
