Great sound quality. Easy and comfortable to wear. Heavy construction. Only time will tell if the retracting mechanism will last. Earbuds don't always retract all the way first time.

I was looking for a cheaper Bluetooth but when I saw these I had to get them. Not only where they more but I have had some not so good luck with LG. But I must say that I am very glad I did. They last a long time ( all day) listening to music and they sound great. I us them not only for music but also sound protection. O ya and easy to set up.

Music sounds amazing on this set. Location of the microphones on the headset make calls sound good, too. However, there are a few bugs that I encountered with Android handsets: 1) Sometimes the left earbud would be much more quiet than the right. The only solution I found was to turn off the headset, plug it into the charger for a few minutes, then turn it back on and reconnect it to the phone. 2) The earbuds eventually die, so get a replacement plan. I went through two of these sets before I switched to another product. 3) The mic on my second set died, causing me to get another brand headset.

My fiancé has had one of these for a while and I see how much he likes it. I had a couple of different bluetooths but I wasn't satisfied. Finally I purchased this one in gold and I absolutely love it! The style is attractive and it fits comfortably around the neck. Best part is I don't have to talk loud for anyone to hear me! Great so far:)

Comfortable to wear and great sound quality, Only reason i gave 4 stars is the mesh grating will pull facial hair. OUCH!!! Need to get rid of the mesh grating on the inside.

My previous LG wireless were the 800's. Those worked great. When looking for new pair I read a lot of reviews. I knew I wanted to stick with the LG. Some reviews said the connection would drop and the range wasn't as good as previous versions. I have found neither to be true. Before I had to take my phone with me upstairs, but with the 1100, I don't. The smaller wire makes it less noticeable which is nice. The retractable ear pieces is priceless! You can have one ear piece in and one out (not hanging). I wear mine pretty much all day and battery hasn't gone below 60%. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Sound is great, battery life is long. Only negative is a little heavy on neck after using an extended period of time for me. But still a positive purchase.

Good sound but not as good as the ones they replaced. For the price I expected more. Nice highs but need a little more bass.

Really good sound. Tough frame. Glad I purchased. Wires are extremely thin. Always afraid I will break but had for months with no issues. Priced a little too high

I highly recommend this product. The sound quality is fantastic and not having a cord connected to my cellphone makes it very convenient to use. I love the fact that you can retract the ear buds/ wires into the headphones body. I've already used mine for many hours. The battery lasts a very long time and I'm a heavy user.

love the headphones. they are so clear, durable and they look good. awesome headphones but they're not scared to charge you for them. that was my only complaint $200

Pricey, but worth the money. Get the warranty and you are sure to get your money's worth. I've had several Bluetooth ear pieces. Some weren't worth the money, some were great, but stopped working after the standard warranty. I've learned my lesson. I've had these over a month, so far, they are PERFECT!

I'm a die hard LG Tone Pro fan and got these for a friend of mine who had an off brand cheap pair. I love the features these headphones offer including reading your messages and notifications aloud to you while you're driving. Pretty neat. Great sound quality as well and will hold a charge for days.

I love the LG headsets. They are great for listening to voices and talking. Definitely more clear than the phones. I have given my older headsets to my family and friends. They all love them too. I use it at work. Great sound quality. Very dependable. Very comfortable. Hardly know it is around my neck.

I've owned nearly every set of LG headphones... this is truly a step up in comfort and the sound is exceptional

Great sound from this unit. Takes a little bit of time to learn how to use the controls but once you get use to it no problems. Be careful with the ear buds while retracting as the small wires can break. Get the extended service plan. Be sure to fully charge it before use. Overall a great product.

Personal use; very loud factory environments speaking to my tech support crew. They usually comment on the lack of sound transmitted and clarity of my voice. That alone makes them worth the expense and to be free of the headphone dangling cord is a bonus. When proper use allows; to kickback and enjoy music reproduction, that's when you appreciate the versatility. Keep the designs coming LG. My only complaint, after several weeks of use, I am still unable to locate the operation function switches inside and out around the neck w/o taking them off.

At first I was hesitant about this wearable neck styled headset. I can firmly say that after a month I absolutely love them. They are so lightweight you can barely tell it's wrapped around your neck and always ready to pull out the earbuds in a few seconds. The sound is fantastic for BT headset and includes 3 tone adjustments to suit your taste. I like the bass boost setting. All the controls are conveniently located, but takes a little time to get familiar with where each of them are. I chose the silver model which is a classy look. I highly recommend if you're the type that doesn't want to fumble with headsets that you have to pull out of your pocket or case.

I used these head phones for making 60 calls daily and the clarity, long gevity of battery life and easy of use makes these a great choice.

I couldn't recommend this any higher! I suffer from extremely sensitive ears and the noise-canceling ear buds help so much! I love how you can have a favorite contact and just hit a button to call without having to look at your phone. Battery last a lot longer than I expected
