These headphones sound great, they connect to Bluetooth easily. They were purchased for use to connect to a landline Bluetooth for work and it works well for that purpose but there are several people who answer the same phone so the functions don't always work like they should.

This is the second pair of wireless headphones that my wife has had. The first was purchased as a Christmas gift and because of a slight design flaw, the top of the headphones cracked. I had purchased the replacement insurance on them though so we got this second pair for free. They are good quality even though we had the cracking issue with the first pair. The sound is excellent. We have learned our lesson and purchased a case to keep them in when she is not using them. These headphones are a good buy for anyone interested.

I have had all the other older models but this one is my favorite by far. The sound is great plus it looks sleek. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Been using tones for about 6 years. Bought probably 9 pairs between me and my family. Sound is great. Feels natural around my neck in fact sometimes feels weird not having it there. Love the retractable cord and never had an issue with them. Only down side is the price.

This is my first time trying out this sort of ear phone headgear, after getting extremely frustrated with tangled wires going every which-way, getting snagged and pulling earbuds out, etc. etc. etc. This unit gives out good sound and combines the beautiful convenience of bluetooth wireless connectivity. It also coordinates smartphone answering as well, which is another big plus, as well as being able to hear the caller clearly in any type of exterior environment. It's a bit expensive, but look for a sale.

This is a big improvement over the original LG Tone headset. The retractable earpieces make it such a pleasure to use. Battery life is unbelievably long and comfort is excellent. It took a minute to get used to the controls, but now I'm an expert ! Great device.

I have had this Headset for almost a year now and it is just like the day I bought it. The sound quality is excellent and battery life is wonderful and last for at least 2 days with a lot of talking before needing a charge even listening to music. I love it.

I got this headphones for walking and using the elliptical and treadmill at the gym. The sound quality is better than expected. I'm not a runner - so not sure how comfortable they would be for that, but for the other activities they are very comfortable.

One minute, these headphones are amazing! The connectivity is great! The sound quality is on point! And I can be heard clearly from around the world! The next minute, the connectivity is horrible and the microphone takes a swim and I sound like mush mouth from Fat Albert! I don't know which headset will show up from day to day. The only consistent thing is the battery life! I get two days easily with regular use.

Bought these for work as I take calls frequently while working. They offer excellent sound quality, whether you are making a call or listening to music. The retractable earbuds are great as they don't get in the way when not in use. If you choose to download the app, it offers extra features such as: button customization, voice memos and messages. The battery life is also great. One can easily get 11-12 hrs with regular use, Overall, they are an excellent bluetooth headset.

i have owned several pairs of these and they have their good and bad points. hands free and comfortable and i like the retractable earpieces. problems are that no matter how careful you are with the earpieces they seem to quit working after anywhere from a month to 6 or 8 months and that sometimes it seems it doesn't have very good signal quality as I have been not that far away from my phone and it will disconnect and then i have to wait for it to reconnect again which can be annoying.

When I first purchased these headphones, I didn't think they would be any different from the last pair of LG Bluetooth headphones. I was wrong. The sound was so clear and strong even on the lowest setting. The only reason I didn't give these headphones a 5 star was because I had an issue with them maintain a consistent connection with my phone. I just recommend that you get and keep a warranty on ALL the bluetooth headphones. They have a reputation of malfunctioning after a while.

Love these wireless headsets, comfort in the ear, comfort around the neck, I had a pair and they broke, extended warranty covered a new pair and I am very happy and pleased with this product. I would buy it over and over again. Sound is awesome

I use it with my iPhone 7 & it works great. The battery has lasted all day, every day. I haven't had it go to low battery yet. It does block outside noise pretty well. So on a plane, you can use them to mute background noise just by leaving them in.

Retractable earbuds are nice sound quality is great but when working or sweating microphone seems to have issues

Sound amazing with my LG G5 indeed ... But with other devices the lack of volume its a little disappointing

works great as would be expected from from LG It does not have as much range as some others but does work well when in range Has long talk time and charges fast Only issue I have with it is that it does not give a tone or anything when powering off for low/dead battery. The older version did this one dont. There has been several times I have been talking to nothing because the battery died and I did not realize it Took 1 star for no shut off alert
