I looked at several different models and chose this model based on brand name features and a store associates recommendation as he had the same item. Fit and fu cation are good. Battery life is very good. I use it mostly for calls. I have had about every tenth call tell me they could not hear well. Also about every 10-20 calls, once the call is connected the persons voice sounds extremely distorted. Once I hang up and recall all is fine.

They have great sound. Love the Bluetooth. Only bad thing I've found is they loose connection sometimes.

I like the light weight and ease of use. The sound quality is great and the microphone is very good.

I have tried other Bluetooth headsets however they always end up with one ear or the other going out. So I upgraded to this set and I am so very delighted with them. The sound is clear, I can use it with my smart phone and tablet at the same time. While watching a movie on my tablet if a call comes through it pauses the movie to answer the phone. Then starts the movie back up where it was once the call if finished. I just love them!! Not only do they work as promised so far I have no problems with them. I also purchased the extended warranty that Best Buy offers so if they do have an issue I just replace them for just the cost of purchasing a new warranty for the replacement pair. So its all WIN WIN!!! Go ahead Buy with confidence you wont regret it!

After returning the first pair that did not properly retract, and with A GREAT HASSLE (required to pay for new pair or be without them for 10 or more days), the product appears to work as described. The retractable earbuds could be a bit longer, as when one turns and the unit stays in place it pulls on the far bud. The sound is good. The ease of use is good. Telephone feature is also good, easy to use and good sound for user and caller.

I like my new headphones. My only complaint is the range isnt great. The battery life is excellent.

These wireless ear buds are perfect for listening to music via Bluetooth through my phone. I can answer calls and almost forget that I even have the thing around my neck. Very comfortable and long battery life too!

Good sound quality. Not sure what other reviews mean about poor base. I must have not heard "good" base phones yet lol. Sounds alright to me. Much better than others that I have tried. The retractable ear buds get stuck on one side sometimes. Scared to short them out when pulling them out since reading other reviews about that problem. Other than that good! Bought the BB protection plan just in case since so expensive.

So far the headset is what i needed , long battery life and comfortable fit to my neck.

I absolutely love the sound quality. Had the LG Tone Infinum prior to getting this Platinum. Both are very nice but had to get the Platinum. I love how it wraps nicely around my short neck. I wear it all day at work, at the gym, at home while doing chores. The battery lasts a long time, longer than the Infinum. It also connects very quickly to Bluetooth on my phone or wireless soundbar.

I love this product easy to use comfortable and good sound i definitely recommend it.

LG continues to put out a decent headset which delivers great audio and call clarity. I have had their headsets for some years now, and they consistently outperform rip offs and competitors. If you have a android then their companion app makes these invaluable. The app will read out your text messages audibly when they arrive to your phone. This makes it great for someone like me who works in the IT world to be able to enjoy music, be able to answer calls, and be in the know when I am needed. Additionally, the earbuds are rugged and can handle some abuse over time. I would highly recommend this head set, but be sure to pick up the harmon/kardon ones since the audio on these are great! Enjoy the headset!

I've owned multiple LG products in the past. I've never had any issues from any of them. Sound quality is fantastic. They are comfortable and don't really know they are there. So I give them a thumbs up.

I work in the Construction field. Any type of earbuds or headset. Does not last long. We sweat a lot and in general we are rough on them. These work better than any. Me or my son has tired. They withstand sweat more than any other. . Now if you are not that rough or sweat as much i do think there is better. I have a different brand and type that works better. But for construction this is it.!

These headphones sound great and are much better quality than the Tone Infinim model. The cords do have trouble retracting entirely occasionally. Has better range than the previously mentioned model. The flexibility of the neck band is also superior. I did find the price to be a lot higher at Best Buy than what was online but they price matched. I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend!

I had a previous set of lg headphones. These are much lighter and more flexible. If you a bigger guy or gal this set is the one to get the rubber hinge section fits my neck better then the older set

Purchase for replace my old samsung circle. Decent noise cancellation and loud enough.battery life is good, last me all day. Too pricey compared with other devices.

I was a little skeptical at first to purchase this item due to the price. However, I decided to take the plunge and I am glad I did. The sound quality is fantastic. It was very easy to pair with my cellphone. The only negative thing is that I can't take full advantage of the aptX since I don't have a qualifying LG cellphone. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase.

I have tried about every Bluetooth out there and this has proven to be the best to date. It's reliable for functionality and clariety better than all the others I have tried. Being a female I would love if it didn't have a huge piece around my neck because it prevents me from wearing a necklace since it makes me look like I have two on. Wish I could get this quality through an earpiece.

These are perfect. They are lightweight and I love the compact storage neck holder. Sound is great! Ease of set up was certainly a plus.
