A must have with great sound and quality. Easy to use

This is the 2nd pair I have bought. My wife loves them. This is the 2nd pair because the neck wore out from my wife putting them on and taking them off so often.

I like the LG Tones just wish they were louder!!!!

I love these headphones the only downfall is they were not made to last for people that work construction and sweat a lot so I have to constantly swap them out.

Despite the reviews warning of the problem I bought it anyway. It worked great for about a month then started dropping the blue tooth connection. I now have to turn bluetooth off then back on almost everytime I need to use it. None of my other bluetooth items have this problem. Good thing I bought the extended warranty.

I have followed the LG Wireless Headphones all the way through their models! Let me tell you these are worth every penny! The way that the headphones make driving safer and day to day tasks that you do not have to put your phone on speaker phone or hold it up to your ear is reason enough to buy these headphones!

I like the bluetooth but its not as loud as my old one, that i paid less money for

I'm a huge Lg fan, I've got the best tv I've ever had because of Lg. But this thing was the most expensive out of the bunch, and the range from my tv, absolutely sucks. Volume sucks. It's best feature is the push button retraction of the earphones. Otherwise this thing sucks. Sorry Lg I'm a fan I really am. But this is a no go

I've owned a few LG Tone headsets and this is the very best in sound and call quality. My music sounds better and it also conforms around the beck better than the previous and less expensive versions.

I really enjoyed my first pair of lg tone until the right side ear bud went out so I pick up these to replace them. I hope these last long then my first pair.

The sound quality is excellent. Fit and finish is good. There are some sharp edges where the aluminum panels join the plastic, not sharp enough to cut but you can definitely feel them. This head phone unit hates and I emphasize hates any but of moisture. If you sweat on them in any amount the microphone will go berserk. This is a problem that I never had on my previous sets. I had the LG Ultra before getting this model. I like the feel of the Ultra better and the retraction of the ear buds functionality was better with the Ultra.

I love the hands free experience. I miss the reminder that the battery is low. The headset will run out of battery life and I'm not aware until they are dead.

This device is great and works excellent most of the time. I have had a few issues with losing connectivity, but we could possibly blame that on the phone.

They are nice and the retractable ear buds are awesome. My only complaint is I own beats and they are so much louder they I really got spoiled with them lol

I absolutely love my LG - TONE Platinum Wireless In-Ear Behind-the-Neck Headphones. It allows hands free talk and text while driving. I am able to wear it and use the phone and work at the same time, multitasking is great. Works great for listening to music as well. I use mine every single day!
