I love the sound, I love the retractable ears. I love the color. I love the style.

I bought these to replace another set that I had and it has great quality sound.

Doesn't have active noise cancelling but they cancel out enough background noise.

The look and design was great, however they are really small around my neck which causes them to make noise I turn and move. The people who I talked to said it so annoying that I took them back the next day.

Great product, good quality sound I love it. I will recommend it to anyone else.

Listeners complain I sound like I'm under water, muffled or garbled. Speaker (on top of left side) gets easily covered with scarfs, jackets, clothes. Planning to return these and try to find an older model.

This is my second LG headset. First was an tone900, still in perfect condition just not stylish enough. So I decided to spend the money$$$ upgrade to something nicer since I use them everyday at work. They look amazing. Unfortunately my complaints are (battery life, earbuds not retracting fully without a couple tries and guidance, and sometimes it doesnt tell me if its getting low on battery.) my 900 battery seemed to last 3 days without charging, this one I have to charge daily or it dies on me. Overall happy with them. Should have spent less money and went with the 2nd gen 900 I think.

I've been a long time LG Infim user. I go through about two headsets a year because I use them all day long for work, this particular headset was supposed to be better for the more 'active' person. I bought one, it went back, got another, it went back, got another and finally when it had problems I got my money back. It had your typical issues: it didn't sync, it wouldn't charge some days, etc. One of the main problems was it would sync but then in the middle of calls it would go back to the phone. I was really hoping this would be a good fit for me but it just didn't work well.

Love them, sound is excellent, and it lets you know when they are connected.

The only reason I did not like this product was when on the phone could not hear the other person. If I would put the ear buds down on the ear it was better but I did not like them down my ear that far.

After two weeks of light use, the neck band snapped.This pair is not as flexible as its cheaper predecessor. Luckily I bought the replacement plan. Such a disappointment at this price point.

I got this for my son. We are a family that loves Bose products, however Bose at the time did not have a wireless head set. I read reviews and went to the store to look at these and decided to purchase these. The problem with his other ear phones was the string. Now with it being wireless, he loves them! He has no complaints. Would definitely recommend it!
