This was my 3rd pair of LG Tones and I must say they get better and better with each purchase. Theses were a replacement for a malfunctioning pair. There is no better brand of wireless headsets.

I took them back I could not hear out of the very and for that price I should be able to hear very very good

needs better speakers for the price you pay. i can barely hear on full volume.

Prior to purchasing the LG - Tone Platinum Wireless In-Ear Behind-the-Neck Headphones - Silver, I purchased a less expensive pair of headphones, but the sound quality was not as good and the earbuds did not retract...which got to be a pain.

I bought these headphones for my wife because they were sold to me with the understanding that they could handle multiple phones (2) well they didn't easily. My wife complained that calls were dropped when switching over to the second line and vice versa. If you're thinking of buying a headset for 2 phones make sure that you understand what to expect. However, they looked cool!

The less costly bluetooth headsets hold their charge longer and the clarity seems better than this one.

This is a great wireless headphone, but the retracting aspect of the headphones doesn't always retract well.

I had the infinum headphones. The sound quality was much better

People have a hard time hearing me sometimes not sure why it is everyone not just one person

I love this device and would recommend this to anyone who is in need of a good wireless headset

I am very upset about these headphones I paid about 250.00 and they are a piece of junk. I don’t even use my earphones no more because they don’t work the way they should. I would not recommend buying the headphones I took back one pair the same thing happened.

it has no audible alert for battery low status, for that its turn off itself without notify me, its so embarrassing. it has manual switch to press and hold to check battery status. i don't even know when its get turned off for empty battery. my other LG HBS 900 and HBS 910 was use to warn me 3 times to recharge before turn off. but this one is not like that.. who has lot of time to press switch manually after every few minutes to check battery status. i am so disappointed and i returned back. pros. is its looks nice and good quality body. but i did not like that silence off mattter.

I'm Happy I went with this blue tooth headset. I am very satisfied with this item

The only issue I have with this headset is that the earbuds retract very slow

It doesn't stay connected to my iPhone if kicks it out if you don't us it

For such a popular product I was dissapointed with the sound quality.

Works well and easy to use. I do a lot of commuting so this is very handy

no noise reduction, horrible sound quality, do nott waste your money
