I am very satisfied with this headset, although they are pricey but worth every cent. I'm constantly using them literally over 6 hrs a day, and they are very comfortable and a clear sound

Still testing these babies out, upgraded from the older hbs-900's to these. Have noticed the sound appears lower when connecting and other voice prompts. Also not sure about the distance from the phone, had a little drop out atfer 15-20 feet away one time. Could have been interference , not sure. Will do some more testing to see if these are right for me over the Apple EarPods.

I've had these headphones over a month now. The sound is by far the highest quality I've ever heard in headphones. I'm impressed. The bass is excellent. I ride a Harley and I drive a dump truck, both of which are very loud and I can hear the music very clearly over either of them. The microphone, however, doesn't pick up my voice very well when either vehicle is running.

Great headset. This product is reliable and holds a charge well. The retractedable ear buds are the best part. My old headset didn't have them and I was always having them get in the way.

The LG - TONE Platinum Wireless In-Ear Behind-the-Neck Headphones by far are the best headphones I've owned. The sound, the ease and the wrap around the neck is very comfortable.

The Ear Behide-the-Neck Headphone is great buy if you like crystal sound & quality. The price is a little high, but after using the product I think you will be ok with the price.

I had the HBS900 before these that worked great for a long time before I accidently snapped then in half. Oops. I figured since these were newer that they'd be better. NOT. they sound great but keep losing connection with my phone. I've re paired them numerous times but sometimes they drop connection.

its nice to have a headphone that you don't of to charge everyday and can last you at least two and half days before charging. the only problem I have with is connection sometimes I of to turn it off and on to connect it. and I can't use it to answer whatsapp calls either because it hangs the call up

These headphones are extremely comfortable and sturdy. They also sustian a long battery life ,it takes about 2-3 days before you have to recharge. They are worth every penny.

These headphones have great sound quality and good call quality. I did purchase this product refurbished online prior to getting a good set at best buy. Have heard of a few other people having a problem with the mic as I did with the ones purchased online. If you like the style, this is definitely the best set for the price. Make sure you get the warranty though!

I have been looking for a good wireless device and after a lot of research chooses the LG, overall I'm very happy with the device, however I have noticed that when have my phone in my pocket that its lost connection, its only happen twice but I am continuing to monitor. However beyond that I am very happy with the device. Great sound
