Extremely comfortable to wear, convenient without tangled wires, and the microphone is excellent. I'm actually writing this using voice to text wearing my headset.

These are good over the neck headphones. As they rest on your neck you are less likely to lose them and they are easy to answer as they are there when your phone rings. They do vibrate when the phone rings and sound quality is good - even if only using one ear. Have broken these a time or two so perhaps buy an extended warranty.

No need to recharge all day! Great sound when listening to music, answers phone calls and blocks out outside noise. All I could ask for in a set of headphones!

At first I was not a fan of this style of Bluetooth headphones. However, they have served me well especially for work. It is nice that it reads out your text messages when you receive one. I use it at home when I don't feel like holding my phone talk to someone. The Bluetooth range is something that I really don't like. I had owned the series just below this model and those were perfect. Something was going on with my Bluetooth with that unit so I just paid the difference to get this set. Sound is great and I think I need more time with these to get the best output from what I got used to.

I was skeptical about earpiece before I bought them because of my past bad experiences, but I was pleasantly surprised! They are VERY clear and soft in my ear!

This product is just simply amazing. I actual owned one before & lost it. I was so devastated when i lost it for more than 1 reasons. 1) This cost of this product is expensive and 2) the couldn't imaging going back to a headset that had cords hanging all over me. The pros of this headset: Easily concealable under my shirt collars without showing any signs of untidiness in my professional attire. It does not carry any weight on my neck while wearing it The earbud fits comfortable in my ear, so comfortably that sometimes I have to touch my ear to feel if it's there. By pressing the left bottom button I can redial the last called number without touching my phone as well as ending a call. The top left button allows me to adjust volume to my liking. In a noisy environment I can still converse with minimum sound wave reaching my party on the other end of the line. Cons Cost could be a factor, but it's worth it Can only be connected to 1 devise at any given time i.e cannot be connected to your phone, ipod or any other bluetooth devices at the same time. It you wear it under your shirt collar and it falls you will not know. That's how I lost my 1st one. I went to the park, got involved in some contact sports and did not realized that my headset had fallen; when i realized no one was willing to say if they had found it. They didn't care if I was torn in losing it. I had to just suffer the lost and struggled to purchase another one

These work great. The sound quality is awesome. Most headphones I've tried are too tonie. These have a nice sound to them. Not too mnuch bass but not too little

This is very nice product, sporty. But little bit expensive. I love all the features it has. But earphones buds giving little pain after using some days. They can provide more earphone buds option to satisfy all kinds of people comfort. Finally I can recommend this product and it's a good product only.

I was a little worried about pull out ear buds and the thin cord connecting them. but everything has been working fine. great sound/great look

I love this headset. It's a great upgrade from the first once. Sound quality is good too. Very light around the neck and fits all neck sizes.

It works great like how the ear pieces roll up in neck part. so no cords in the way. its plenty loud and easy to use and has a great battery

These hold a great charge and they don't disconnect and reconnect frequently like the others I've used. I don't leave home without them!

I really liked these earbud because they sound great and had some really good useful features. I enjoyed the text in the earbuds and retractable feature but I had issues with the right side retractable, it was probably a beard oil issue. My wife has the step down and has never had any issue with hers.
