I had an earlier version of this product that lasted over 2 years. It had excellent sound and noise canceling abilities. I thought this more expensive unit would work better than the older unit. IT DIDN'T. So I returned it and bought another copy of the older unit for $90 less. The LG HBS820S works better for me. I do use this for music and communications while riding my motorcycle.

These headphones are a great deal though they cost a little more. The "Active" model was a little less but for use in gym, jogging and similar situations. We are very happy with these and they work great for music as well as a headphone/microphone that is awesome and safe while driving. Well worth the money!!!

The sound is great and earbuds are comfortable, unfortunately the range distance is about 30 feet before it disconnects, other from that everything is good

I purchased this set as a replacement for my last LGs. They work ok,but I have noticed them cutting in and out. Hope to return them and get another pair.

Pros: Awesome sound and connectivity to your phone must have.. Cons: They only last about 4 to 6 months. They will short out after this time period.

I was mildly surprised by the quality of the KH sound versus the basic LG I bought and lost and bought and broke previously (2) different pairs. The biggest win is the size of the ear plugs. They are actually small enough that they do not fall out of my ears. Fit is comfortable and snug. Only drawback is it's hard to remember which button retracts the cords and which one activates the phone.

These are great headphones. The Harman Kardon speakers sound fantastic. They are very comfortable and have a terrific battery life. I often forget I'm wearing them. I can't recommend these higher.

These headphones are a really good pair, slight connection problem when battery is getting low, but hardly notice since charge them when they get low.

Very comfortable, sound is very good, but microphone has some issues. People said that sometime sound is muffled probably due to location of microphone.

Also, I am very unsatisfied with LG customer support. I usually stay away from LG products for that reason but I could not resist the retractable buds.

I would like to have higher volume. I would also like to see a system that secures the headset to your neck. Prevent it from falling off.

I have always enjoyed LG products, especially their Bluetooth headsets. These are the only ones that have given me so much trouble. The sound is excellent, the feel of them is great, but..... with every pair I've had, one of the earbuds goes out due to the fragile thin retractable cord. I would strongly suggest getting the protection for these because you will need it! Besides that flaw I would rate these higher. I still enjoy the set I have.

Excellent sound quality for music, but even great HD for streaming phone calls. I would not use it while driving, however, because the earplugs do such a good job of blocking noise that they also block the important road noise sounds like vehicles along side you and emergency vehicle sirens.

I was always a fan of the LG Bluetooth headsets when they first was release years ago. I purchased both LG Tone Platinum black(for me) and gold headset for the wife. The sound can't be beat. I like the fact that I can wear them under my collar. Sounds great with our Galaxy S8+ phones.

These Platinum Wireless In-Ear Behind-the-Neck Headphones sound great. I bought them for my son who always had cheap headsets. He was amazed at the clarity of tone. I've always told him to invest in a better set so he wont have to continually buy cheap replacements. Now he is a believer.

Tried the Apple AirPods return them twice calls kept getting dropped. These are comfortable a LITTLE heavy on neck but still like them a lot!

These headphones are the best pair of headphones I have owned. I have owned several of the LG Tones models. I have settled with these if a new model come out I would definitely upgrade. BTW get the best buy protection plan. Things happen to them and its always good to have it.

Device has been in use for about a month .. no issue found . Quality seems reasonable and features are decent for normal daily use

The sound is ok ,I keep it because I got it for better price . The battery life is about two days.The range of this headphone is ok to me.

I purchased this headset in hopes of enjoying the advertised increase in music sound quality over the previous models (I've owned 3). This increase in quality was definitely noticeable and the sound performance was excellent for an ear bud style headset. I was not, however prepared for the poor Bluetooth performance and the lack of noise cancellation in the microphone. The Bluetooth kept dropping, even with my phone in my shirt pocket and the microphone picked up so much background noise that I was unable to conduct phone calls in any but the quietest locations. The rewind on the earpieces was also noticeably dampened over earlier models and they often fail to rewind completely. Music - 4 Stars Microphone - 2 Stars Bluetooth - Get a plug. ;-)
