The salesman sold this head set as a noise canceling set, but it isn't :(, the clarity however, is very good!

This LG is lightweight and had a good sound. I am no sound expert but the LG sounds good to me. I use it for exercise walks and working in the yard. I would recommend this model to everyone.

Even though I had done the research online I changed my mind while at the store and bought the same brand but the lower quality I returned it purchase the one that I currently own and have been completely satisfied , the staff members at the Best Buy store in Santee are Beyond helpful they answered every question that I had and they really helped me and guided me in the right direction I have since purchased a refrigerator a smartwatch as well as other items that my family purchased and thank you for this survey and review Tina klick I am also a small business owner in Santee and appreciate Best Buy being in Santee so we can keep Santee alive in the financial situation

Looks good. Works average. Product worked fine for about a week then the button to skip music stop working, not skipping anything anymore.

Noise cancellation at its finest!!! Wireless Bluetooth, able to listen to my favorite music and answer my calls while jogging thru the park! Best device ever, well worth the money spent.

This has excellent sound for listening to music and for phone conversations. It is super convenient to use with Siri, and the voice recognition is generally good. Some head sets just don't have good enough sound quality for the phone to figure out what you are saying. This one does!

Good product and it fits the mold of comfort and an overall ease of use. Wouldn't purchase for 200 bucks but at the correct price a gift item.

This is the 3rd set of these my wife has had. She wears them to work in a manufacturing facility. The reason these are the 3rd set is that she usually breaks them due to the harsh environment. I ale\ways buy the extended warranty and Best Buy replaces the headphones without question.

The sound quality is good, however you can't go to far from the source .

concerned about retracting feature - earbuds snap into receptor and I believe this will end up causing the cable to weaken and not be usable

I purchased one last year and literally wore it out, no fault of LG. It's still functioning, I really wanted the next step up for work, (I drive a million miles) and hands free is amazing. I listen to music and other things when I need peace as well. I love my LG! No regrets!

Love these headphones. They are so convenient. You can just wear them around your neck and forget about them. Great sound quality also.

The sound is a little distant and these won't stay connected to Bluetooth when I receive a call.

This headset provides good sound quality but sounds like you're talking from the moon on calls.

I purchased a pair of these Tones for my husband The Truck Driver. Before purchasing them I use to hate talking to him using the other brand because of all of the background noise. With these it seems like he's in an office cubicle or somewhere quiet by himself.

Should be noise reducing and more durable . I'm a truck drive and it helps to have my hands free to drive. But they don't last long

Not a bad little headset. Keeps surrounding noise out pretty well ( we have a soft top Jeep and people can hear us with no problem ).

The LG TONE Platinum Wireless is good at all. I would recommend to a friend.
